I attended the store at 5:15 am.I was told by cashier they can’t serve the food that was already prepared until 6 o’clock because they needed a manager to approve by them taking a picture of the food first.The cashier was very nasty and unprofessional. I wake up early for work every day and was looking forward to some good service, which I never received from this particular person. I believe it was all a made-up story, because the cashier was too lazy to serve the food. so from now on, I will take my business elsewhere and get my gas somewhere else also.

Went in to put cash on my card and the cashier said she wasn’t “authorized to do it” and said the manager was on vacation and to try again tomorrow. Why would I do that if I needed it done today? 7/11 is a place I can go to put money on my card and this location is useless because they never have anyone to do it. Do better.

How does it say you’re a 24 hour store online but then you show up and the employees are sitting in cars telling you they are only taking DoorDash orders. Super unprofessional. If you’re closed or only taking DoorDash that should be informed online.

I was just in this store and the manager, the only person working has cursed at me. When I came in to get gas I waited at the counter wail he filled orders on his phone. I then asked him to check me out and he told me to wait wail he fills a online order, he was the only one working. I asked him if I’m store customers come first and he proceeded to curse me out. I will never come back.

Just did a 711 delivery order. Never filled it. Called them never answer the phone. I actually did the delivery because I hate going in. Play very loud music while I’m trying to tell them what I want. The last time I was there the cashier stood in front of me while texting. I had to wait until she was done. I told her what I wanted she said we out but I was looking at it. She said well that ain’t what u said. I said actually that’s what I said. She said whatever is this what u want. I’m done. Wether in person or delivery it’s just all bad. Don’t bother calling to complain because they won’t answer anyway.

10:30 am on a Wednesday...no coffee.. and the ones that do have coffee are Luke warm. I had to microwave it to make it hot. But they aren't understaffed. There's 2 cashiers here talking about their personal lives and which hair dye to buy next while the store sits dirty and coffee remains unmade. Smh. You reply website/url dosen't work. Review your cameras for 10/6 at 10:30am!!

Stopped on the way to work at 6am this morning, lights were on but doors were locked. This is about the third time this has happened at different times during the day. One of the times I witnessed an employee leave, lock the door, and start walking home as I was pulling in one afternoon. Their system has been down multiple times in the past month. I thought it couldn't get worse than the 711 on arrowood....but this one takes the cake.

I stopped by this location on Saturday morning May 8 to get gas. The cashier acted as though i was a bother when i came in for gas. She was in the back of store doing something. It took her the longest time to walk to the register. She was a young lady but slow as molasses. She didn’t greet me with a smile. Not even a welcome to 7 eleven. The owner needs to come get his store cause the ghetto girls have taken over. I had a bad experience i will never stop at another 7 eleven . I can take my business elsewhere. To the management team keep in mind the people you hire will make or break your business. Then she stood up front with another lady and pointed in my direction. It made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like the cashier had a problem with me. Wonderful communication skills and people skills. Keep it up others will notice and stop coming to this location. Poor service at this location.

I went here yesterday to purchase gas. My sister was using my card to buy the fuel. She went in and the manager was in the process of what i later figure to be him training a newbie. Fhe instructed my sister that the pump we were at was not in service for her to move up. She came right out move the car up and proceeded to get gas. The pump never came on. I have text alerts for my card they swiped my card the 1st time. She went back in and they proceeded to swipe my card again. I then then went in the store. He explained ghat she had 3 mins to pump gas before the transactions would cancel out. He said number of times its on the receipt but never informs the cx. I then stated okay if that is the case why did you swipe my card twice he than became angry like my business didn't matter and he was going to anything about it. Something must be done about these franchises because 7 eleven is still the name and he is a very bad business person in any sense.

Been a month since my last review and this same night time clerk keeps locking the doors saying they are closed sometimes when I stop late night after work...TONIGHT is was “we closed, there is a Shell across the street, bet you ain’t getting in here” ...great customer service ??♂️ disappointing management didn’t see to this lasttime

I work near there and the store is always not open at night it's 11:22 now and hasn't been open since 6:30 when I first stopped there whoever is suppose to work nights there is never there management needs to correct that I know the store to s lossing bussiness.
