Michelle our sales person was awesome! Got us in the suv my wife wanted and she was so attentive to our needs. Zay, our tech, was also great! He was able to show us everything we needed to know about our new suv and was very knowledgeable and personable. What a great overall experience we had at Lexus Independence Charlotte.

Yesterday, I had the most amazing car buying experience at Hendrick Lexus! Special shout out to my purchase team: Bradly Schmidt, Danny Rodriguez, Ralph Yerkes, and to Ivan Blair, for my “painless” and efficient contract signings. I am beyond pleased with my vehicle and the entire process. Everyone I came into contact with treated me with respect, courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Even though, staff were totally slammed servicing other customers, and I never felt dismissed, ignored or unappreciated! Hendrick Lexus is my preferred dealer because of the quality of the vehicles

Hendricks LEXUS HAS TRULY BEEN A BLESSING! Thank you to Brian Dowless and the service director Brian Harrington for assisting me with my car! I have had a horrible experience with the previous Lexus dealership in Rochester NY (I won’t say but they know what has happened). I must say they have been very understanding in regards to my transition to NC and very thorough about what my vehicle needed. This is the best dealership that I have encountered thus far! Thank you for your assistance and all that you have done for me and my family! :-)

We have two decently lowered 95’ LS400s, and the service and care that we get here is completely unmatched! 30 year old parts on modified cars are hard to come by and not exactly fun to work on, but they work WITH us to get what we need and get us out! Keeping our costs pretty low and keeping our New Classics on the road while talking with us and sharing thoughts in a personalized manner. Thanks everyone there! You guys are great!

Terrible experience with Hendricks Lexus. Purchased 2025 NX250 on May 11, 2024 it’s now 7/10/24 and still have not received my 2nd key, also horrible experience about repair needed.
