The Salon was very clean and organized. The staff was very professional and engaging. It was a pleasant experience. MOST OF ALL I REALLY LIKE MY HAIR. I got the 2 strand twist excellent price and so manageable.

So many negative reviews. I'm looking for a great salon but Charlotte is full of money-hungry charlatans apparently. I have natural hair and want someone who respects that. This is NOT that salon.
