I had a leak in my tire and thought AAA would be a quick patch / inexpensive fix, it was not. It took 3+ hours after dropping the car off for the service agent to say they couldn't patch it and that a new tire would be over $300. Seeing I could get 2 tires for that price online I booked an appointment at my dealership to get a second opinion. The dealership added a patch for $20 no problem.

Received great service. I left my car and they kept me posted on the status. They also had great notes to make my visit a positive experience. I recommend AAA South Blvd

Tried to get an inspection done but told they can’t do it until a week out… but they would gladly service the car if there was actual repairs to be done. Guess they didn’t want to do only an inspection since they don’t make or any money at all off of it.

Long story short, I had my car at AAA Matthews for a week without a diagnosis. I ended up getting the car back to my house since they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I spent 2 days looking into the issue and came to the conclusion that the fuel pump was bad on the car. This is something that was replaced by AAA South End in January of last year. The parts and labor have a 3-year warranty on it, so I wasn’t too worried about it. I called and explained the entire story from my experience at AAA Matthews, up until how I concluded that I had reason to believe the issue was the fuel pump. I explained this 2 times each, to both Peter and Jane. Again, on recorded lines. They both told me that if the issue is the fuel pump, then I will not be charged for anything, but if it isn’t the pump, then I was responsible for the parts and labor. That is completely reasonable, and I agreed. Car goes in, I get a call from Jane and start from the top and explain everything to her again and how I believe the issue is the fuel pump and that I want it checked because of the warranty. She agrees to relay that to the tech working the car. I get a call the next day, explaining that they haven’t checked the fuel pump yet but gave me an outlandish story about how the “tech” said that my gasoline looked “yellow instead of clear” (gasoline is yellow just fyi), and that when he poured some on the ground and lit it on fire, that there was wet spot on the ground when the fire went out…. I am not kidding. It does not take a genius to figure out that all gasoline is not pure (aka not clear), and that the additives and dyes are left behind when the gas fumes burn out. I told Jane that I wanted the fuel pump checked and she then proceeded to quote me $600 for literally changing out the gas. I told her that if that is the issue, then that is fine, but I want the pump checked. I didn’t hear anything for 24 hours and got a text at 6pm the next day that my car was ready for pick up. No call, or explanation of anything. I had to call in the next day to ask what the problem was with the car, to which Peter told me he would explain when I came to pick the car up. I presume that was because they didn’t want the conversation about the unnecessary charges to be on a recorded line. I went in to pick up the car, to which Jane started the convo with “so we replaced the fuel pump”. Done, end of conversation, I shouldn’t owe anything, right? Wrong. She then proceeds to write up a $305 bill for changing out the gas. I immediately was not having this, seeing that my car was jerked around from both of AAA’s shops for 2 weeks total at this point and that I was told I wouldn’t be charged for anything because the fuel pump was bad. They then tried to sell me again on the fact that I had “bad gas”, and that I was lucky I wasn’t charged for the total cost of the job because the “bad gas ‘COULD HAVE’ destroyed the pump”, but they couldn’t charge me for it because they had no proof. Again, a hole in the story and another reason why I should not have been charged. They literally have no proof other than some sorcery between liquid gasoline and fire, which again, is not even true. No gas was legitimately tested, nor was there any reason to check anything else other than the fuel pump from the start. Save your time and your money, because they will find confirmation bias and get their money somehow. No warranty is ever free when it comes to shops that have no idea what they are doing.

The 5 star is for Scott Stroman. He is super well spoken, friendly, energetic, and patient. He understood exactly what I needed when I called. He did not try to up sale me and was very patient when looking at multiple insurances.I have spoken with many agents over the past few months and Scott is the only one who has stood out. Highly recommend!

If you like to be scammed this is your place. Came in because of a flat tire. Had a nail in the tire and it was pretty fixable. They refused to do it due to “liability”, and tried scamming me into getting not only one but all 4 new tires saying all my tires are in terrible shape. Used FAKE pictures on my report, saying that my break fluid is low. Found a small shop where they laughed at the report AAA gave me, my tires are in great shape, fixed the broken tire and showed me that the pictures on the report wasn’t even my car. If I could give 0 stars I would.Service: Tires

NOT TRUSTABLE. Went in for a nail in the tire. The attendant reviewed and said the nail was not pluggable therefore would need to replace the tire. Because one tire was being replaced than the other. In addition, he found a couple other “issues.” INSTEAD, went to Eurowise, and the plugged the tire for free. Thanks AAA attendant

I found a hole in my tire right at 6 pm, when most shops close down. AAA was closest to me, so I stopped over, even though I expected they'd be closed or ask me to come back in the morning. They got me in, and had me in and out in 15 minutes, and couldn't have been more polite about it despite the after-hours call. Thanks to Jason and Fernando for the great customer service.
