I was very satisfied with this AAA location. From start to finish the process of getting my car serviced was very smooth. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technicians were able to service my car quickly, and kept me up to date on pickup timing. I would highly recommend this AAA location for their customer service and quality car service.

I've had 2 great experiences here in the span of one week. I drove over a huge nail and they were able to patch my tire for $39 and I also needed an oil change & they were able to do that last minute as well. Then I found out my brake pads, fluid system & other random stuff was all due. They circled what was dire and told me which items could likely wait until the next oil change, allowing me to more easily cover this/spread out the payments. They didnt have to do that and I really appreciated it. Took my car back to get the dire work done the next weekend and they finished in less than 2 hours. A++ thanks Paul and the rest of the Montford AAA crew! Appreciate yall!

Do NOT have any auto services done here--they are scammers!!!Several fishy incidents have added up and after years of going there, I'll never go back. This time, I was told I definitely needed an alignment and that I had never done one there before when I had done one 2 years ago at that location. And looking back, I don't think I ever needed it and was just scammed because the car was hardly driven! I also was told I needed to replace my cabin air filter...that I replaced myself less than 2,000 miles ago. They tried the same thing with another woman who was waiting and she had a similar, surprised reaction since she'd just had it changed elsewhere. I'm now convinced they swapped out my cabin air filter with an older, dirtier one because it looked like the one I'd driven 20k+ miles with. Every time I've been, they recommend different, unnecessary services I always turn down--brake fluid replacement, platinum fuel service. Yet it never comes up again on subsequent visits/inspections (I've saved all the receipts from 5 years). Lastly, I learned today that they reported to Car Fax that they installed window tint on my car---my car windows have never been tinted! But now I see how they justified charging me $10 extra for window tint inspection the one year even though they never charged it in others and other mechanics have never tacked that on. This place is dishonest and scammy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not take your vehicle here. They purposefully left my oxygen sensor disconnected and dangling from my car in hopes that I would go back to them to spend more money….. after already charging $530 for a separate repair.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars here, and my latest experience will be my last. IF you look at the receipt at the end there is a $40 hidden fee for oil disposal. I ended up with an oil change, and power steering flush, which with diag fees cost me 687.00.
They tried to double charge me for services, which after calling them out, I was told they are separated into “jobs” ie how many “jobs did you sell this week?” Total scam.

Friendly, customer focused staff. Went in there for a simple service request and was attended to inmediately. Was in and out in a very short period of time. Hats off to Barry and the entire staff. Highly recommend for value and customer service.

Helpful team who provides through explanation of services as they will be preformed and price estimates. For the most part the timing is quick, but appointments seem to be needed. There is a waiting space which has reliably strong wifi. The space is simple and does not offer many other amenities, but you shouldn’t really expect fancy coffee machines in all waiting rooms and you can walk to the Starbucks on Park Road. There is a shuttle offered, I believe, but I have never used that service.
