Don’t go to this location for AAA car care. Was charged for battery service when my AAA plus membership covers it. The manager of this store rung me up and stated he wasn’t ripping me off and he indeed was. On top of that was told my battery plugs were “dirty” and he charged me $75 to clean it. Two days later the vehicle wouldn’t start, they will false diagnose your car. Thankfully another AAA car care center in Pineville-Matthews took great cere of me. No issues at all. Don’t go here. Followed up with the store as well to report this & never received a call back from the manager because he knows he’s in the wrong and continues to rip many others off.

These guys are SCAMMERS!!! Do not let them work on your car or take any of their recommendations. I went in for a simple oil change and they told me two of my axles needed to be replaced and realigned. The cost of this job was over $1000. Hesitant, I took my car to another shop to get a second opinion. The other shop told me my axles were fine and didn’t need to be worked on at all. Nice try AAA you won’t be scamming me today. Shame on AAA for trying to take advantage. Shame on the service writer Paul Roberts for attempting to rip me off. Don’t let these criminals trick you into paying for unnecessary work. Take your car elsewhere.

The car service department was extremely rude and ripped me off completely.I went into the shop with a simple request to lock my window motor, so that my car window stays up and doesn't fall down (the window motor gave out). I told them the diagnosis of the issue CLEARLY, because I wanted to make sure that they understood. I have had this issue before, so I knew the simple solution of how to fix it. Since I am not a mechanic, I trusted they would know how. I told them I did not and could not afford a complete replacement of the part, I just needed a meantime solution (to lock the motor!!) The man at the auto check in claimed he understood my request. He and the mechanic clearly didn't.I went to go pick up my car they said was "ready". after I paid, I went to my car and the window was completely unready and not fixed at all. It was all the way down. I went and told them hey this isn't fixed.... they rudely scoffed at me and pulled it up aggressively and put a rubber wedge in the window. Yeah what a great service for $75.... NOT.Not only did they not listen to my simple and clear service request, but they were rude. We just went back and they said because I am not willing to buy the whole part replacement for $600, that they "can't lock the motor". A waste of my money and time.Completely rude, especially after being a AAA member for years and not even needing their service until now.

Employees here had really bad attitudes, didn't seem to want to help much and the first two sitting at the desk were speaking under their breath as we walked. Overall bad experience

$20 for headlight bulb then told with labor it would be $256 on a 5 minute job, completely insane! Autozone $20 and put in no fee it was so fast. AAA should be ashamed of themselves .

The oil change itself was fine, done within the time quoted and the employee was friendly. However, I was told that the car needed $772.11 worth of work including things I knew had been done at the 30,000 mile service and so I declined the work. I took the Subaru to Duckworth where I have all work, other than oil changes done on it. I gave them the list of things AAA said needed to be done expecting them to say at least filters needed changing. It needed absolutely nothing done to it. They charged me $0 for their time and knowledge. I am extremely disappointed in AAA and will not be returning.Service: Oil change

I made an appointment because I knew I needed a battery. Specified clearly that I was bringing my car in for a new battery. On the phone I was quoted $188 for battery, installation - out the door. Arrive for the appt, again stating that I just need them to install a battery. 45-60 minutes later the tech comes in to tell me that they had done diagnostic testing and - guess what - I need a battery (along with a litany of other "recommendations"). Another 30 minutes and I get a notice on phone that I can review the service report and then eventually someone comes to tell me that they have finished. The price was higher than quoted because of "supplies". When I asked I was told "supplies" are added to every bill as a percentage of the repair charge (mine was 9%). Never again for a simple minor service like a battery. One of the auto parts dealers would have sold it, walked it out to the car and installed it in about the same amount of time that lapsed between when AAA finished and came to tell me I could check out.

friendly people, but... uh... check everything on their inspection report. they told me my brake fluid was critical, so I got some to top off, opened the hood.... nah, it's fine. figured they did it.turns out it wasnt that... my coolant was low. barely managed to avoid overheating and I have no idea if I'm out of the woods yet. coolant was marked "good" on the report.so thanks for that.

The upcharge on parts is outrageous. The upcharge was 4 to 5 times the prices of the same item on Amazon. Buyer beware. Take your chance. For me, I will never set foot in another AAA car care again. Even if my car breaks down in front of one, I will request my AAA membership tow me to another auto care facility. I recommend my family and friends to the same and if they need a tow....I got them.Services: Electrical repair
