The worst AAA auto service place I have ever been to for a repair work. I had a 8:00 am appointment for brake service and I was right on time for the service. After 3 1/2 hours wait, my car was still outside and when I asked the service representative he told me they were waiting for brakes and rotors. Upon waiting for another 1 hour the car was still outside and that was the time I really got annoyed and I again asked the service representative if they were going to work on my car. To my greatest surprise, he told me it was going to take at least two hours before they would start working on the car. I decided to go home and come back later. I got home around 12 pm and gave them two hours to see if the car was ready, it was not. I came back to the shop around 2:45 and the car was still not ready. This is the worst auto shop I have ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend this place to even to an enemy

They were friendly and the roadside assistance man was truly great when my car broke down. I wish I had known that I could’ve had it towed to my regular mechanic and not here. Silly me. I’m hoping they did a really great job, because I sure paid for it. Plus, they took several days longer than they originally told me. Each day they’d say it’ll be another day…over and over again. Friendly, but not good. I could’ve had the work done for WAY cheaper and probably faster elsewhere. I will never take my car here again.

The team at the shop took great care of me and got my old truck back on the road in a day after my cooling system had a catastrophic failure. Easy to work with, and they kept me updated several times during the day about when the mechanic would be finished.

Absolutely the worst mechanic I've ever dealt with. Take a car in for an oil change, absolutely nothing wrong with the car, and leave with a $4700 estimate for unnecessary work (verified by a reputable mechanic). Will NEVER recommend AAA to anyone.

Totally Untrustworthy, every time I took my car there to address one issue, I had to take it back for a different problem. As if they intentionally mess with other areas in peoples car so you would go back. By now I have spent thousands of dollars in this place. I learned my lesson a little too late but, never again.
I Do Not recommend.

Rudest guy ever at the front the bald guy with glasses was no help at all and wasted our time also acted like he had better things to do than to help us out. If I could give negative stars I would.

AAA could be the best car ins. in the Country, but at this location the customer service agent wasn't at all a nice helper, it's like they don't care about some issues when one removed a car from your police and still been charged montly, 😧

Tanya Thornton the insurance agent was very unprofessional today. I started a policy today using her as an agent and was told that all forms needed would be sent to DMV and the declarations page would be emailed to me. I specifically told her I was going to the DMV today. She supposedly sent the DMV form over around 1:30. I called at 3:50 due to not having the declaration page in my email and was told by her that she was sending it over. Instead she completely left the building and didn’t send the declaration page. Meanwhile I’m at DMV and she hadn’t sent the FS-1 form either. Mind you I stood in line at DMV and didn’t get seen until 4:30 pm. Their office is only 10 minutes away from my home and 12 from the DMV. I got to the office around 4:42 to discover she had already left for the day. Completely neglected to complete her job”s duties which was to send me and the DMV the necessary documents needed. Her co worker was very helpful I wish I knew his name. I called the customer service line and received everything I needed in less than 2 minutes. Something she could have done when I paid the down payment and signed the documents around 1:30-1:45. I don’t recommend using her as an agent.

TERRIBLE! Threw parts and money into my truck witch didn't fix it! I already replaced those parts and advised them before they worked on it. Not a trust worthy place, better off using a dealership for those prices!

My car is battery died and wouldn't jump start, so roadside service told me to this car care center. Car care center only tested my fuse box and suggested endless further diagnostic tests until the issue is found. Claims it to be a major electrical problem. I have my car towed to a local Firestone for a second opinion and hopeful actual diagnosis. Turns out, I only needed a new battery. The car care center never tested anything other than fuses. Never even moved my car from where it was dropped off to them. And charged me $158 for nothing .. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

Perfectly nice team, and there's nothing wrong with their quality of service, but I could've gotten the same work done at a wayyyyyyyyy cheaper price. You win this time AAA!

Worst service ever they used to be great like a year ago not sure what happened. My vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on Saturday not only did they not call me, but when I drove my vehicle off something else happened. Had to take it back to the shop only for another whole week goes by. They never called my back once to give updates. I literally had to stalk them just to get updates on my on vehicle. I wish I could give negative stars.

The visit was random, and midday. But Mike "squeezed" me into a brisk schedule and my truck got a much needed inspection and maintenace, which was accomplished within a couple of hours. Very well done.
