If I could give this place a zero stars that what I would do! They are the worst I have been telling them four 2 1/2 months to come get the item that I have they keep making excuses that they are short staff then will set a pick up date and not show but tell me that no one was home. Mind you that I told them there is always someone at the home Mario called my phone serval times a day while I’m at work and couldn’t answer. They then started calling my sister’s phone discussing my account with her without my permission. He also told us that another employee there was terminated and the reason why, that was not our business to know. Now they have another store calling me about this item that I have told them many many time to come and get because I’m feeling harassed at this point

This was my first time shopping at Aarons and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Dericka is an absolutely amazing sales associate. Her customer service and knowledge of products is second to none. She was kind, courteous, honest and very helpful. Mario delivered my entire living room set to the second floor by himself. He never complained, griped or frowned. He made sure that everything was exactly the way that I wanted it before he left my home. The fact that he delivered everything by himself was truly impressive. I'll definitely be shopping at this location again very soon.

customer service is definitely not within use with the young adult who speaks with you about questions an concerns very rude, it's a way to speak with new account holders,smh , really ready to terminate lease

They have the worst customer service I walked in was not greeted wasn’t asked if I could help you with anything,you had one guy in the office you had a guy and lady on one computer is just sad. For a company to have rude staff and service. I’m guessing they don’t want our kind to shop in they store poor service. If I could give them a 0 I would.

The customer service at this location is just horrible!! I have had so many people lie to me that it’s not even funny!! I will never, ever be a customer with Aaron’s again because of this awful experience!!

I don't recall her name but the female associate had a horrible attitude and was very condescending. She was being VERY RUDE when I explained my situation and cut me off and hung up. The female employee who worked on 2/15/23 around 4 pm should be fired.
