ACE Movers is by far the best movers I have worked with. College Hunks left my job incomplete and the boxes the had packed on the truck was not to the standard of more experienced professional movers. ACE Movers came in and saved the day. They had to rearrange the truck first and then finished the job College Hunks couldn't. I contacted ACE Movers at 5:30 am in the morning and Gary responded to me immediately. He found a way to get a team from Statesville to Charlotte by 11:00am on the same day. David and Tommy were amazing. You can tell they weren't amateurs. I am so appreciative of the service I was provided. I can't thank them enough. If you are in the Charlote area and need movers, ACE Movers is first class. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We really were in a pickle with needing help moving as both my spouse and I were physically incapable of executing our move. We hired ACE and had the owner come pre-examine our home to give us an estimate on cost and duration. -the movers arrived at 9:30, we were told to expect them around 9 -the lead mover decided to change the estimate on arrival and tell us it would be a multi-day move (we had been told one day would do it). We didn't have another day to add into things -the owner had said out furniture would be shrink wrapped for protection but they only wrapped a few pieces -they all took a 15-min smoke break about every 60-75 mins (while I kept working) -I had been informed that I should allow them to disassemble the furniture but none of them knew how. Instead, I had to disassemble everything myself -the one item I didn't disassemble myself--the movers lost the hardware for it in the truck. -my sturdy $3k Ashley Furniture bed footboard was broken in half -many valuables and breakables had been broken in the move, despite being impeccably wrapped in bubble wrap. Boxes were moved into the house and placed upside down -the movers used a hand truck to move items up our hardwood stairs and ruined them with huge scuffs -both our old house and new house have major gashes in the walls from where furniture bashed the walls. This was understandable in the old house as the stairwells were tight, but there's no excuse for this in new house.

Used these guys for the past three local moves in the Lake Norman area. Fast, efficient yet kind and careful. Not to mention patient. I recommend them to anyone who needs to move. They have full service packing and moving. Piano moving and storage service too. Two thumbs up.

We used Ace Movers in Charlotte, NC for our daughter and that was a very bad experience! On top of that the 2 guys argued the entire time and we ended up moving her things with them ourselves to get things moving along because of their delays. Their drivers drove the longest way to take up time? What should have taken 3 hours with other movers with the same items took 5 hours with this company! We called the Owner and spoke with him directly and he in NO WAY sympathetic or willing to work with us after learning of the challenges we had that day! They were very disappointing to use! Custoner Sevice is very-very poor! We could not recommend these people to anyone in good faith because it was not just the workers but the Owner himself? The only person that was professional was the lady who made the appointment.

We were told it would take 2.5 hours to move our 2BR apartment by Ace's management, but somehow it took them 8 hours; and they didn't move everything! We received confirmation of services via email which included wardrobe load/unload, however the truck came without the necessary equipment. They were undermanned and unprepared.

Very professional, patient and polite and totally prepared to move my new baby grand piano. It was a challenging move because the piano had to be brought up a flight of stairs that had a sharp turn. They actually did a couple of dry runs to practice their approach to successfully move it before actually bringing it up! Great guys!

They were great to work with from start to finish. They were able to accommodate my schedule, the guys worked hard and were very nice, despite getting caught in a major traffic jam and it was the hottest day off the year so far!
