Horrible!! DONT DO IT!! They transferred our rental to a company called NU which they are apparently a part of and they were adding fees to every person that came in! We ended up leaving and renting from Enterprise! Wasted over an hour at this place with a freaking computer screen!

For a small location and two employees it’s a shame that the customer service sucked so bad ! Not only did the girl seem annoyed but her entire demeanor was off as soon as me and another client walked in . She was on her phone while customers were in the building which is unprofessional. She didn’t even greet us when we walked in , it was a , “ what’s your name “ . I went over my rental apparently 2 or 3 days and one of the employees called my phone literally screaming at me being disrespectful telling me she was going to call the cops and the tell the cops the car is stolen which was unnecessary because all i asked her was what time do yall close . I never denied bringing the car back. I said I need time to put gas in the car and get there , it was pouring raining that day and the highway had three accidents , it took me literally one hour and a half to get there . She said “ no it doesn’t work like that I’ll just report it stolen “ I hung my phone up after I asked her not to speak to me like because I been nothing but nice when I walked in that establishment . She called me back AGAINNNNN!!!!!
I just don’t understand where all of that disrespect was coming from especially When it was just $85 and my credit card information was clearly already in the system . It’s two weeks later and I still haven’t received my deposit back !This whole process was a nightmare ! I’m sure it was the manager who called and texted my phone being ghetto and loud for no reason at all . Never again under no circumstance will I ever use this company again !!

I travel solo often as a woman, which can be a bit daunting at times, especially in unfamiliar places. When I got lost trying to find the rental shuttle at the airport, I was worried about being late for my car pick-up. Thankfully, the woman at the front desk was nothing short of amazing. She was gracious and understanding, even though my delay made her late for picking up her son from school. Her kindness and professionalism made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate the exceptional service!

ACE deliberately does not ask for your insurance so they can charge an egregious annualized insurance fee of $7,300 ($20 per day). No other reputable car rental company does this. All other companies I have used ask for proof of insurance. This has been noted in other reviews. I have called them and asked that they stop this practice, but they have refused to stop, so I have reported their practice to the FTC. I’m leaving this warning for others who may use ACE.

The car was dirty, the passenger seatbelt smelled like sweaty armpits, when going 50mph the car will shake, breaks were horrible too. Never again

AVOID at all costs. The other reviews are accurate this place is terrible. Waited close to two hours for a shuttle. Never showed up. Called the office maybe 8 times with no answer. Had to wait an hour on the phone with Priceline for them to agree to refund my “nonrefundable” reservation.. for a car I couldn’t even get. Even Priceline couldn’t reach their office.

Great service, however the car they provided was extremely dirty ! The tires were bald, they did not vacuum the car and it smelled like feet ! I reached out asking for a refund being that I had to get a car wash and no one never returned my call ! Do not rent from them ! They will give you a trap car

Very disappointing. Firstly, for a non-smoking rental it was definitely smoked in previously- there was even a burn hole in one of the seats, which i mentioned before taking the car into possession assuring they were aware. Then, I was told at initial pick up that it would be no issue to extend, if needed. I am a nurse who was traveling to NC to help and I did in fact need to extend two additional days. When i called to extend they said it wasn’t possible unless i paid $150/day for a minimum of three days. How is this ok to charge someone for three days when they only need it for two, no clue.. With no other option I agreed. (Yes, $150/day on a rental that was originally $25/day) My card was charged, but I was never provided with an email/receipt etc. upon returning the vehicle i was still not provided with a receipt (they asked if they could email it and I agreed due to needing to catch a flight). Two days later and no response. Not to mention for some unknown reason my deposit was not fully returned. Avoid this place.

I’ve never been threw anything like this in my years of car rental I’ve booked this car months ago I’m in town for a baby shower I call the number to say I was here and when a shuttle would be coming they said oh we have no cars available like are you kidding me so now I’m without a car for the weekend because other places are out of vehicles also smh never again
