I entered the supermarket to meet up with someone. The security was outside on the streets , not even inside and wanted to check people’s purses outside , including me. Please change the security because you’re going to end up losing customers. Put a security that’s focusing on the people that like to steal not innocent customers.

Poor customer service store was mainly empty and had no shelves stocked at all. Only cashier available was short girl with glasses. She was enforcing everyone to leave and as an Instacart shopper who is in cooperation with you guys to satisfy all customers this was highly unprofessional. Only person in cooperation was the security guard that cashier working tonight definitely needs an attitude reassurance.

I love Aldi but I don’t love coming into Aldi and seeing this!

Aldi has become my go to for groceries because prices are just too high. The Aldi by my house has self checkout, and this one does not. The long lines are a bother, but I will say the cashiers are very fast.

The Aldis on Sunset Dr Charlotte. Needs a lot of attention. It could be cleaner and a little more neater . However, cashier was very helpful. We have to do better in my opinion. We have to show the community that they are valued by the way we keep our stores. I'm so glad you are here but we must do better. to serve this community. I know it would be extra work for the store. I believe the community could help also.

I'm giving this bad review because my daughter lost one of her boots in the store and I'm sure she did because when we went out to buy it she had both, and then on the way back to the car she didn't have one of the two, I didn't get it back the same day because she She had fallen asleep on top of me. Days later I ask about the boot and one of their employees tells me that they throw it away. BAD FOR THEM, so they should not sell me the boots that I just bought since if they throw them away it is because it is of no use to them, it doesn't cost them, they don't lose anything. Very inconsiderate, it makes me want to stop making the more than 10 purchases I make from them a month... It is a shameless act.

This store has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Trash in the parking lot, trash on the floor under the shelves, damaged/unusable shopping carts, empty shelves, etc.

There's crackheads shopping here, who will cut you in line. In response the manager will role out the red carpet for them, open a register, and check them out first. You can remodel but doesn't change the fact this place will always be trash. Terrible customer service and rude employees.

Just be careful what you buy. I found mold in Hummus right after opening. The mold wasn’t on the surface but in the side indication issues with packaging cleanliness. This was found on 7/17 with an expiration date of 8/6 .
Some of the produce doesn’t look great either. LIDL imo is better.

I'm a huge fan of the Aldi system. Once you get inside their processes, it can work very well for you. Start with having a quarter for a shopping cart. You'll get it back at the end when you bring it back to the cart corral.
Inside the store, they have about 80% of the things you need for a full shop. Very little variety in brands or sizes or styles, but they have the stuff. Meats are already cut and wrapped and priced. I think their steaks are a fabulous deal and I've never had a bad one.
Veggies are great though the avocados are typically very underipe. Tomatoes, celery, apples, all great!
Dry and canned goods, they've got bunches. Brands you've probably never heard of but it's pretty close to the same quality as the brands you have heard of.
At the register, you'll be bagging the groceries yourself. Bring your reusable bags, buy bags from Aldi (not cheap) or you can use their cardboard boxes for free.
They have been accepting credit and debit cards at the register for a while, which is a big plus for me!
