I was a little disappointed with the size of the place and the products on offer. I have been going to ALDI in California and I am finding the one in Charlotte very strange. Maybe my level of demand should be better evaluated in relation to the products on offer and their brands.

Use to be my go to ALDI when Bi-Lo was still around vs going to the one Albemarle Rd locations. The staffs here aren't good always the same cashiers( Khamisha, amy the short bald girl). hardly ever come here now. Go to Lidl. The only thing i like was their cheap bread less than quarter.
ETA late 1/2023 this store has self checkout

I like the concept of Aldi, but there is no excuse or justification for a dirty store. I was there first week of this January. It may be the holidays, shortage of personnel, whatever the reason, if the manager needs to pick up the broom, so be it, it is the nature of the job.
As a customer, I would appreciate the effort and would go back again.

Today I bought some food to pick up at Aldi. When I got home and checked what I bought, the green beans were rotten and the green onions were also in bad condition. How disappointing! When I placed the order, I asked them to please check that the vegetables were in good condition, but it seems like I had told them the opposite. I do not recommend buying food to pick up at Aldi, they give you garbage.
Note: I forgot to mention that I bought a bag of oranges and one of them was rotten.

Too small and selection of normal groceries limited. Looking for a very specific item was listed as carried but no indication it even existed was found.

Love this location! And staff is really nice. However, over the last year or so the store has become less stocked. Not sure if it’s because foot traffic has risen or if the employees taking inventory needs training. But often shelves are empty and disheveled. Like I said, I love this location and the employees, but this location seriously needs help with inventory and ordering replacement items. because the store is so poorly stocked, I’m having to go to two different grocery stores to get everything I need.

good store but Albert doesn't need to work for ALDI. There was always that one same cashier everyday (Khamisha, Amy) i'm glad they are gone
