They have gone to self-checkout and a single cashier. Things have sped up because you now have five checkouts going instead of just one or two. The store is more empty than ever and I rarely ever see special discounts on items.

I had a problem with the card reader as I kept tapping or inserting the chip...the machine kept saying error...I called for assistance as soon as the young man came over to help me it worked just fine LOLOL .....nonetheless great customer service and very clean store.

I used to love this store, but I have grown to dread walking in the door. The parking lot and cart return area is always trashy.
I was there first thing in the morning, to find filthy floors, products on the shelves and the produce area all in disarray. There were items sitting on the floor just inside of the dairy case doors…. Just everything sloppy and gross!
Why isn’t this store cleaned every night so that it’s presentable in the morning?
I have never been in a grocery store before where it looks like nothing was cleaned or organized during the night.
I am now willing to pay more at one of the nearby grocery stores that employs people to clean and organize the store.

Appreciate a Aldi with a self checkout so food isn't thrown into a cart. Can't complain here and professional staff and clean!

Aldi's is one of my favorite supermarket the produce are always fresh good quality. the price is always reasonable the ALDI's store is clean and the service is superb

They are charging way too much money to have items on the shelf that are expired. Minus 1 star for expired spinach. Minus a second star for expired sausage. I used to not have to worry about this store trying to sell me expired food. I don't appreciate rotten food on the shelves when you guys are charging so much. Greed!
