I’ve got a food poisoning from Keto tortillas at this store. Purchased them on 12/09/23, had them for lunch at work the next day. 1-2 hours later I was vomiting, had diarrhea and headache. While driving home from work I thought I was going to die. Thank you Aldi for my first food poisoning experience!! Will never shop at Aldi again.

The store is kept well organized, for the most part. Having to wait in line to pay cash with large orders ahead of you can be somewhat annoying. There is no common courtesy anymore. If you see someone waiting behind you with 2 items and you have a cart full..... have some consideration. To the store..,.. update your registers to include cash purchases.

They have all the food that I want (at least when it comes to the staples) and at prices that always surprise me (in a good way).

This is a reminder for Abra when you say that you were doing your job at self check out it will be a great idea to not just stop African-Americans at this location during self check out. I watched for Caucasian pass Buy me an Abra only stopped me and said she’s just doing her job. Is your job to only stop African-Americans at this location during the self checkout process Abra? You need training to learn how to deal with different demographics of people and not just your own kind. It is very racist like to only stop African-Americans during the self checkout process at this Aldi location. The manager seems to back up his employees and support their bad work habits. He two may need some cultural training himself. It’s called self check out for a reason. If you don’t trust people take it out!!!

As always Aldi's is where you find all the unique groceries you don't find anywhere else. Store was stocked with inventory, items priced as marketed on the shelves so no surprises at the register. This is as always a very kept up,clean n organized store. All the employees are very helpful n know their jobs n never find it a problem to go out of their way to be helpful

The cashier's are always quick and they have lots of self checkout areas. I love that I never have to wait online. Clean, reasonable price, with great produce.

It's a standard Aldi. The prices were good for most of the store brand products. Found some fun stuff in the non-grocery area. The prices for any major brands was just as inflated as most grocery stores these days. I was happy they had a check out person when I was in there. I HATE self checkout if I have more than a dozen items. Hope they keep at least one check out person on hand for the future as well.

Usually pretty stocked and prices are decent. But what I CANT STAND is I’m already bagging my groceries. If a parent rolls up with $300 in her cart and 2 toddlers, she is now expected to self check out every item. My toddler opened a chocolate bar, poked a hole in an apple and dropped a can and busted it open. They now have 3 items at a loss that i left behind because the check out is so chaotic. It is extremely unacceptable to expect me to be an employee at this Aldi. It impossible to shop there with children so I won’t be back. I shouldn’t have to flag down an employee to help check me out.

Overall, I love this Aldi and have encountered great customer service until today. I guess it's a first time for everything. The manager, I didn't get his name, (spikey hair, older white male), was extremely rude and condescending. I was at self checkout and had $200 worth of groceries. I saw an empty cart at the next register near me so I borrowed the cart to transfer all of my purchases from one cart to the other. As I'm scanning my purchases, transferring them to the other cart, he comes over and starts taking my things out of the cart I was putting my purchases in and began putting them on the floor as he says s "I HATE TO DO THIS TO YOU SWEETHEART BUT I NEED THIS CART!!"I said "Wow, this is really great customer service. By the way, I am not your sweetheart. As a manager, you should know that is a Microaggression and poor customer service." I've never experienced such horrible customer service from any other employee at Aldi's. That manager needs some customer service classes.
