Jay was fantastic! We had a tight deadline to get our new sign and he pulled through for us. He had some bumps on his side that could have delayed the delivery significantly but he pushed through and got it done. It looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

I am absolutely thrilled with not only the quality, but most importantly the service at AlphaGraphics CLT!The owner, Adam is extremely responsive, helpful, friendly, engaging, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable and ended up saving my company from a small but impactful error on a gridline that would've costed us thousands!! He noticed it, haulted the press, and immediately called me. They were quick to not only catch it but help me fix it so that way the final product was PERFECT and of the best quality!! Then, to add even more, the speed in which they produce and deliver items is INSANE!! Seriously, I was shocked at how fast they get my orders to me!I will admit, I am guilty of giving in to the temptation of some of their online competitors (*cough*VistaPrint*cough) low pricing and coupons, but not anymore!AlphaGraphics pricing is not only pretty competitive and in-line with competitors, but more importantly, their speed, quality, detail-orientation, customer service, and QA makes them WELL worth the little bit of extra money you may pay; you truly get your money's worth and take it from me, the competitors will leave you spending more when they deliver things like business cards that are cut crooked so your logo always looks a little off on thousands of business cards......So, yeah, from now on, I'm going to AlphaGraphics whenever I need *anything* printed because I know they'll always do it right and get it to me on time.

Alpha Graphics always provides our company with the best service. Every time we request an order it is typically within a short notice and they never fail to produce above and beyond with turn around times and product quality. Gwen and her team are very responsive to any edits we request and they make sure to produce exactly what we have asked for the correct revisions every time. I certainly do recommend their team for any printing needs for they have always met us looking so good.

Alpha Graphics has printed training manuals for me several times. The process was very easy. I explained what I wanted and they put together a beautiful product. They gladly worked with me on revisions until I was completely satisfied. Most recently I needed my order quickly and they fulfilled it in time. The people are very friendly and it is clear that they care about their customers. I have used them for several projects and I will continue to use them for my printing projects.

This is by far the best AlphaGraphics to work with. I called a couple of others and none of them could get me what I needed in time. Marvin is one of the employees that works there and he is amazing.
