I tried working with Alpha Graphics on a brochure/ portfolio for my new studio. I visited in person and was greeted with ZERO enthusiasm. I asked about a few types of paper and tried to present the material (photos of paintings & page descriptors/ write ups) to which I was told we can handle later. I then asked for pricing on paper and an estimate for what I needed printed (which she never looked at, asked about, or even seem to care). I was told "We'll contact you next Monday or Tuesday." I was never contacted. Thanks for absolutely nothing but wasting my time and gas.

I've been working with the team at AlphaGraphics for close to or over a year now and they are wonderful to work with. Their communication is great and the products are always high quality. If you are looking for a reliable team, the Monroe Rd team is the way to go!

The folks at AlphaGraphics in South Charlotte are exemplary in their work, professionalism and courtesy to their customers! If all businesses operated like they do, there would be no customer service complaints. I use them for anything and everything they do!

I used AlphaGraphics to create vinyl stickers to sell and they are wonderful! The stickers are great quality, and with the level of customer service they provide it was a great experience all around. They also have excellent prices. Can't recommend them enough!

AlphaGraphics had great customer service from A to Z. Rich Jr helped get all printing material confirmed and delivered in a timely manner with great communication and customer service. There are so many things the Alpha Graphics can do, so be sure to take a tour of their facility if you have a few minutes.

Would NOT recommend this company for printing unless you have a big project. I met them at there office to go over what I needed for my medical office move to a new location. After several weeks waiting to just get a proof I’m still given no answers….no concern for customer service….seem to be pushed aside for other projects. No telling how long actual printing would take….this company has wasted a precious month of time with my office move with patients. Again would NOT recommend!

Rich and the whole Alphagraphics team were amazing. My project was last minute order, the team met with me and exceeded all my expectations. The final product was fantastic with a quick turn around time. My event would not have been successful with out Alphagraphics help.
