Very courteous, helpful and kind young man helped me returned my packages. I asked him his name and of course, forgot just as soon as I started taking care of something else. I remember his name started with a M... So, refreshing to rub across someone so caring and professional! A big heartfelt thank you!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. But there's one guy, he's so rude and hateful. And I've seen this same review. And the review appears to be about the same guy. He's so rude. No plans to go back. I prefer UPS.

It smells SO bad like burning incense. I don't think the worker realizes some smells can trigger people's allergies, seizures, or headaches. Anything of scent should not be used in a public area. It's unprofessional too.
