Use to be a nice upkept car wash. Last three times visiting, things won’t all work etc. today the water kept cutting on and off constantly and the soaps. Couldn’t even rinse my truck off don’t waste your money. Called and texted the number it said to and no response same as last few times. Won’t be back anymore use to go weekly.

Tall enough for RV, tall truck. Excellent customer service. We were looking for a self-wash that was tall enough to fit an RV, and from the photos we figured it was the tallest compared to all others within a hour drive. I believe our RV is 12ft tall and it fit with a foot to spare. The owner came out to greet us when we pulled up and recommended the bay on the end if we needed a few more inches of height. He realized that we were going to be there for a while and he generously added free time to our clock. All the functions worked well. The pressure was good. I certainly recommend.

This is by far the best car laser car wash on the south side. The owner/attendee is always there in the a.m giving good service ! Also the place is always clean ! To anybody thats in the area I recommend American Wash systems.

Don't pay with cards you'll end up paying way too much compared to coins
Every swipe gives you like 1:30 min
So you'll swipe your card way to many times and thers a $1 fee for every swipe
When you think you're done you swipe it 1 last time and the time jumps to 8min wondering if they charged you that many times to get the 8 min
And guess what? YESSSS!!! THEY DID

Nothing is up to par here. Don’t waste your time coming to self wash your vehicle or vacuum. You can’t get any change. Almost everything has blue tape on it. 24 hours is a lie. One nice older gentleman cleaning up the trash is the only one that tried to help me get some change. But when he knocked on the office door, no one answered. He knocked a few times. This means I don’t need to spend money here. So I take out my phone to take pictures of the blue tape, suddenly someone comes out of the office asking me can he help me with something. By this time NO. So I got into my vehicle and left without taking pictures of the vacuums with the blue tape. I drove all the way up here from downtown Charlotte because the reviews lied about everything is up to par.

The place is clean. The person that was working there was very helpful. I pulled my truck in to rinse off the salt. I didn't have change but he helped me with that.
