I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response I received from a representative from Apotheco Pharmacy in Charlotte, NC. After seeing my dermatologist, Dr. John Korman, MD, (Greer, SC) his recommendation and treatment plan included a prescription that my insurance would not cover any part of the expense. I was to say the least, upset. The representative was polite, professional, and assured me that they would help me with this bump I'd hit with my insurance. I provided the information needed, and she was able to work her magic and I paid my pay and received my medication within a few days just as she had said. She put me at ease and I didn't have to keep calling to see where it was or if it was going to be sent. Apotheco Pharmacy, Charlotte put the trust back into trustworthy. The customer service, courtesy, and the little extra things she did to make my experience with a new company such a positive and pleasant one, made such a favorable impact that I highly recommend this company for your pharmaceutical needs. This was my first time using Apotheco Pharmacy, Charlotte, but it certainly won't be my last. Job well done.
