The Apple Store at SouthPark deserves a full 5 stars. Every time I visit, the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whether I need tech support or a quick purchase, the process is smooth and well-organized. The service feels personal — they take the time to explain everything clearly. The store is clean, efficient, and appointments run on time. I always leave feeling like my issues were solved and my time was respected. Excellent location and top-tier customer service every visit!

Purchased new phone at this location and my experience was great. I actually like it more than just ordering it online. I had a trade in and it was easier to do it at the store. They helped me to reset it and set up my new device.

We had a great experience today. Jermey was our sales guy helping with the watches. He explained about the watches and the warranty. There was no pressure to buy anything.
We also used the help desk in getting our beats looked at. They were able to clean the connectors and get them working again. Everyone was super kind even though it was very busy today.

Over the last 3-4 months, my phone has been having a lot of trouble connecting to my charger and I had to position it very specifically for it to start charging. After so much frustration I went to the Apple Store today to get it fixed and I was wowed by the amazing customer service and how fast they were able to fix it! All they needed to do was just clean the charging port on my phone. They were great! Super friendly staff

So, I cracked the screen on my brand new MacBook Air when they first launched this year. The staff at the store was so helpful and luckily I got a brand new replacement.

I have to make an appointment due to an APPLE related defect on my iphone 13. I can't make the appointment without the serial number. The serial number is on my phone which does not work because of a defect apple admitted to. make that make sense.

If you call they will tell you they can service business accounts with carriers and will tell you that you can go in store and activate a phone but they can’t. Don’t try to buy a phone for a business account here.

April 12th, 2022 I believe is the date my support person told me he started working at this store. He was very pleasant, even with his co-workers as they passed by. I came because my mom had completely locked herself out of her phone and iPad. Password forgotten and everything. I was there less than an hour because my problem required extensive troubleshooting, even pulling another person in for guidance. I was so happy when I left because , even though my mom’s phone had to get erased, she was able to access it after two weeks of us trying at home. Thank God for removable SIM cards (that was the only thing that saved us) The store was clean and vibrant.

I had such a great experience at the Apple Store! From the moment I walked in, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and very professional. They greeted me right away and made sure I was helped quickly. I came in because I was having an issue with my AirPods, and not only did they fix the problem, but the entire visit took less than 25 minutes!
The technician took the time to explain what caused the issue and what steps were taken to fix it. I really appreciated how patient and friendly everyone was, especially considering how busy Apple Stores usually are. The level of customer service and efficiency exceeded my expectations.
It’s always nice to walk out feeling that your time was valued and your problem was fully resolved. Thank you to the entire Apple team for making my visit so smooth and stress-free — I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need help again!
