This store needs to retrain their employees on how to assist Customers especially those with kids who may have special needs. I went here today with my friend who has a child on the spectrum. It was insanely busy due to it being weekend and she wanted to take a look at their Apple Watches. She may have looked at it for maybe 5 mins, and her son got attracted to one of the screens at the front of the store. She literally went behind him, 30 seconds later, to bring him back to the watch station. During that time, one of the store employees rudely followed her and asked both of them to leave the store. Not only that, but he actually followed her all the way to the front door to make sure she left the store.It was horrid, pathetic and extremely insensitive, pretty sure also racial profiling was at play here (she is African American). I own a large amount of apple products and it is extremely disturbing to see this kind of behavior in this day and age. I actually couldn’t even figure out what was happening until she explained it to me later. I am in utter shock and basically disgusted by the store employee’s behavior. Do better, apple! Shame on that insensitive store employee, and hope he is fired!

A large transaction never happened because of the associates poor training, and managements lack of knowledge! Nobody knew what to do or offered any way of fixing the situation. Their way of handling the situation was to send us to a Verizon store! All that was needed was an access code and verification! I googled it! We were trading in 2 phones for 2 15 ProMax, and interested in a HomePod. Do your homework before going to this store because the associates, along with management, have limited training!!

I visited the Apple Store in Southpark Mall to pickup my device per an email and phone call I received. I met with a lady who collected my old device and gave me the new device (I paid $50 for replacement with Apple Care). The lady asked if I wanted to keep the new device in a box for safety. I said yes and she thanked me for my time. As my 9 year old son and I walked out the Store, a man (I later identified as Marlin) stopped me abruptly and asked where I was going and told me I need a bag. He asked if the iPad was mine. I said yes and told him I just checked out and to go ask the lady in back. He took MY iPad and yelled "This is my box! I'm the manager!" I was so embarrassed for me and my son. I have a feeling it was because we are black. He sent another worker to the back to get a bag and ask the lady if I was "good to go". Of course I was....like I said. If it's your policy for every customer to have a bag, then the lady should have given us one. This is a training opportunity and Marlin needs to be written up for accosting/harassing me and my son.

We got the item we came in for, not a quick process, but the store was busy. We came in just to purchase headphones,knew what what we wanted, but had to wait around to get a customer service rep to help get us checked out. If you are not an Apple loyalist and understand how the store works, it is not as enjoyable as, say, a trip to Bestbuy or any other retail store might be.

This place was horrible i was told to go to the store by customer service so i had appointment. When i arrived i sat for about 30min then someone came over.I explained my phone was malfunctioning and nothing i did. He then went and got a team lead Christian who came over to tell me i will need to pay 300.00 for something I didn’t forIt to malfunctioning. He was rude offer no other resolution and very dismissive..This place chaotic and not in order. Everyone there was upset because of the horrible service.,,

Went in for a diagnostic for my iPhone 11 they concluded it was totally messed up and needed a new phone. Went to another phone shop for a second opinion and they said my phone needed a battery replacement at the cost of $45… Scammers…

We got on the phone with them and were told to drop off an item, upon sending the staff to drop off said item we were told that was not the case and we had our time wasted. The employees were not very helpful and wouldn’t even take the item to help resolve the issue we were having.
