The beef cheddar I purchased was very disappointing. Not much roast beef. Can't believe it. Arby's has always been generous with their roast beef sandwiches, not this one. Disappointed.

Then, their customer support was terrible and their app was not user-friendly. In addition, they severely mishandled my to-go order, forcing me to write this review. Perhaps the manager could have confirmed that the order was correct if he hadn't been so preoccupied with watching the football game on his phone. I'll follow in everyone else's footsteps and avoid this place going forward.

It’s than their app not being us friendly the customer service was horrible. They also messed up my to go order so bad that I had to write this review. If the manager was not so busy listening to the football game on his phone maybe he could verified that he order was correct. I will join everybody else and not go to this location again.

When they screw up your order the manager expects you to leave your home, pack your kids back up AND return back across town to the restaurant with the messed up order to correct the order that should of been corrected in the first place! At what point does the solution become “I apologize ma’am but let me make it right for you on your next visit”The order that was given to me, my family does not eat. So we ended up being left losing money, wasted food and still having to figure dinner out. Because there was no way I was bringing my newborn and toddler BACK out in this weather.I used to manage a fast food chain so I’m well aware of the possibilities of correcting your mistakes. And this was done poorly! I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted what I ordered and when that didn’t happen they could of offered to correct it next time around

I asked for 2 of the number 6 meals(classic). I received 2 meals that had bacon and Swiss on it.. I don’t eat bacon..?manager was rude and unprofessional about me calling them telling them they fked up my order.. when a manager is rude, there’s no need to continue coming to this location.

The exterior of the property was well manicured and clean. The drive thru attendant was very professional. The sub sandwich was hot and good. So, you wonder why just 3 stars. Well, the rationed contents of the sub were primarily at the edge and outside of the bread. Thus, giving the illusion of a full sub as pictured on the menu. However, upon close inspection, you realize half of the sub is hollow. After pushing the contents of the sub back into the bread. You realize they got ya. You paid full price for a half price product ?

I got the NEW SOUTHERN FISH AND CHIPS DINNER. It was FRESH, wasn't sitting around. They brought it to my table. Iike EVERYWHERE ELSE IT WASN'T CHEAP $10 for 3 small pieces of fish, fries (had a choice: crinkle or curly) and I got WATER so to keep the PRICE DOWN. FOOD WAS GOOD. ??Parking: It was close by and wheelchair accessible.
