I have never experienced such a mess when it comes to order fulfillment. I ordered a bench 10 weeks ago. The bench is made in NC. I live in NC. I got a order scheduling request 14 Days ago saying my item was ready to be delivered, I have been on the phone with them every day to schedule the delivery, there are no "allocations for delivery" in my area. I paid $3,000 for a bench, you'd think they would let me know the status of my order and when it can be delivered. What a joke. Don't waste your time with this company. Order from another company.

Brands need to understand that when consumers are making buying decisions, customer service is STILL KING! My husband and I came to this location because we’ve been narrowing down our decision on which sectional to purchase for our home. I’ve done tons of research, gone to numerous stores and I wanted to see a specific sectional in person. However, when we entered this store, not one person parted their lips to even say hello, welcome, can I help you, nothing! We were there a full 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence and we sat on every single couch they had twice! They just watched us. There were numerous staff standing around so there was no excuse. The only thing I can surmise was the fact that we had on sweatpants/lounge attire and our complexion was different from anyone else in the store. There were other customers being assisted and I watched them greet others upon entry. It’s ridiculous. I will walk away every single time and refuse to spend over 10k when a company will barely even acknowledge me. Might I note, we were ready to make our purchase. Do better! On to RH.

I had great experience last week with sales person Michael. Four star because there is one sales person with beard, he shows so unpleasant and unhappy face whenever we go to the store. The other days same thing happened while we were making purchases, he went to Michael and said something in his ear, which made me very uncomfortable. Manager need to coach him immediately for his weird behavior towards us and he might be doing the same things for other Asian customer, which is very inappropriate.

Gorgeous store, albeit very pretentious, keeping in mind it's in Southpark Mall. Sales people have no qualms about ignoring people.Beautiful looking furniture, but IMO very overpriced for the quality.A great place to get ideas.

Do yourself a favor and buy your furniture anywhere else.We spent nearly $30k at Arhaus and the experience has been overall very unpleasant and technologically unsophisticated. I imagine it is what buying furniture was like in 1960. Although the designer was nice and helped us put together items that we truly loved, the customer service including item timing in inventory, delivery scheduling, warranty coverage, replacements due to damage/warranty issues, and literally anything other than spending money there has been abysmal.On top of the above mentioned issues, we specifically asked for items that would not take a lifetime to be delivered and here I am 5 months later with more than half of my order not yet delivered. They need a corporate transformation.

What a great first experience in dealing with anyone at ArHaus. I primarily went in cos the door person/ guard was hot which I think is a great ploy to pull in the ladies to the store. Joking (sorta) aside, really lovely pieces and I didn't go in with anything particular in mind even though the perfect ottoman pouf has continued to evade me! What do you know? I found the perfect one here and it matched the material and the color of my loveseat perfectly. Rebecca was absolutely lovely. I didn't even intend of buying it right there and then and she didn't pressure me at all but her lively demeanor and her all round sweet attitude made me say...fu** it and I placed the order there and then! I can't wait to receive it and hope to make more purchases at this store!

Our interior designer chose many pieces from Arhaus for our previous home so naturally we returned for our new home. The staff did not acknowledge our existence, after multiple attempts to get the attention of employees to no avail we gave up and went to Restoration Hardware. In the end I’m quite sure we spent twice as much but the customer service was incredible.The furniture at Arhaus is beautifully made and of high quality. Save yourself the trip to this location and order online.

Not a review of this particular location but this is the closest one to me, I spent over $5000 and waited over 6 months for a 48" Round Bluestone Enzo dining table and 4 chairs, chairs are beautiful, table is beautiful, however, you cannot use this table as a dining table, it is insanely sensitive to any liquids or foods. Even if you clean it right away, it damages the surface finish. I sealed this twice upon arrival and 4 additional times in the first 6 months with a stone and granite sealer to try and protect it and it still shows everything, and some stains now cannot be removed. I called Arhaus corporate looking for a solution and got the care instructions copied and pasted in an email back to me. I expected much better from a nice furniture company like Arhaus. Had I known this about this table, I would have had a piece of glass cut to protect it, dont mind spending the extra money to protect it but now I have spot damage on the table I cannot get out so its too late and Arhaus is not willing to help at all.Update: Arhaus has since offered a replacement table which is great since it really is a beautiful piece and unique. We are getting a glass top to protect it this time. Sealers work ok against water but any other spills or splashes get right through and this table is dark with a mirror finish so not taking any chances this time.

Really surprised. Went into the South Park mall store on 12/8 just to browse. Nice furniture and the place is decorated nicely. You just need a new manager and some friendlier staff. The man manager who was probably gay was loosely In control of himself and the lady who was assisting us in the sale could care less. No need to go into detail but we said no thanks and left. Whoever is the corporate manager should watch and observe. You're losing money. Great customer service is your key.

We are looking to furnish our new home, but before going all in we decided to buy a table and chairs to test the waters here. I am so glad we didn't buy more. To start with the marble top was broken on delivery, and we were told it could be weeks for the replacement. So they left a bare table with no table top in my wife's breakfast nook area. The reason we even ordered this size table was because it was in stock and we could have it in time for guests that are coming. Now when we call in to the store we are treated like we are bothering them. They had the nerve to tell us " it's only a couple of weeks" . Brittany our sales person acts like she is doing us a favor by checking on the table for us, and refuses to give any level of real client service. This is not what I would have expected out of Arhaus, and if this is how they treat their clients we will definitely not by the rest of our furniture through them. Looks like it's back to Ethan Allen..... I really wish management would step up at Arhaus, there are several pieces my wife liked but again no way we would want to do business with them if this is how we are treated.

After spending $20k worth of furniture, I would have expected better service. I am not buying anything else from here again. Went through multiple iterations to selection process to customize the furniture. Everything seemed great thus far. Due to amount of pieces had to schedule two different deliveries. First delivery happened in July, no one mentioned or reminded that it is last chance to add worry free warranty for 5 years. In rush we even forgot about to ask. Fast forward to this week, I have $10k worth of merchandise ready to be delivered, Jonathan who called to schedule he reminded on the warranty. Of course if you have spent this much money, you would want to protect it too. However, now they have no way to add warranty for pieces that were delivered in July. So my $10k worth of merchandise is at a grace of god.When I spoke with Missy on Friday she even denies. She is like we make sure to mention this while you are going through selection process. Are you expecting customer to make selection or just by warranty before purchase? When I asked to talk to her manager, I have yet to hear back.If you claim to be high-end furniture store then your service should stand for it.10/18/22 update - I have sent email to address provided below as of yesterday with all my pain points listed out. Please let me know best time to have conversation.10/19/22 - Thank you Barbara M. for following-up on my email, listening to my concerns and helping me resolve my issue to best of your ability. Loved the decor of the store palette and style. My son and I came in looking for some living furniture. We weren't even acknowledged and were actually there to purchase. Maybe we didn't fit their idea of customers. Bad business! ?

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the customer service and delivery Rebecca De Bessa has been the WORST sales associate. She hasn’t responded to any of our calls. Rebecca not only spelt our name wrong on the order, she also had the wrong city in our shipping address and the chair was shipped to a DIFFERENT STATE! Disregard all of that- the chair is 2 WEEKS late! I stayed home all day on a Saturday waiting for the chair, just to be told at 5PM that it wouldn’t be delivered that day. So now today is Monday, and I get a call saying they can’t find my address. Well, to no surprise they can’t find it- they are in Florida and i’m in North Carolina!! Done with this experience, Arhaus sales was horrible and the 3rd party delivery was horrible. Refunding the chair and won’t be purchasing from Arhaus again. I will stick with RH.

Pay $10,000 for a "stain proof" couch. Pay another $500 for the warranty that is supposed to come out and clean if it does get stained. Get's stained, company comes out..."this isn't something we cover".
