“I LOVE this Hobby Lobby… best one in Charlotte if ya ask me… always INSANE SALES, WELL STOCKED, super friendly and helpful employee, things you’d never expect to find there, perfect place to grab a bunch of gifts ? and MOST IMPORTANTLY (for me hehe) the absolute BEST yarn QUALITY. AND SELECTION of all the craft stores!!!I make rugs as a hobby and these are some that I’ve made— along with pictures of their yarn selection— top tier quality for sure and great prices (plus all yarn goes on sale every other week-ish) ? ”

“The new location is good. This is the third or fourth move for them in the past 12 years, or so. Cheap Joe's always has what I need. My chief concern with this nee location involves the lighting in this store. It has limited lighting, using eye-straining florescent tube lighting. The poor lighting makes it difficult to see any differences in the many subtle hues. This makes buying paint difficult. I like the brush selection. They have reasonable prices for a wide range of skill levels and paint media. The staff is helpful. If they don't know about a particular product, they will get someone who does, and they won't fake it. I appreciate that. I am grateful to have a dedicated art brick-and-mortar store. It is fun to see all the different art supplies for a variety of mediums. Thankfully, this new location has a larger parking lot, and it's flat.”

“I found this place as a distributor of smooth-on products. They had what I was looking for, Smooth-on Flex Foam 3, to make squishies with my daughters. The customer service was amazing. There were so many great products and ideas. Highly recommend!”

“Love the store but the check out line is always long and slow. I frequently buy online and pickup in the store and you have to wait in the long line to pick it up. There should be a separate line for pickup.”

“What can I say? Everything about this store is perfect. It’s beautiful, well organized, and the service is amazing, every single time. I’ve been a very long time customer of theirs and I will continue going to them for years to come. I do have a bit of a drive these days and when I’m not able to just pop into the store, I’ve also ordered from them online. My last online purchase was in the mail within 30 minutes of my purchase and arrived to my house the very next day. Also, Ann is a gem! ?”
