The staff was extremely high energy. I had no less then 3 staff members offer to help within the first minute of walking in. I found what I needed and was informed about the buy 1 get 1 free sale on socks. The store was very clean and atmosphere was great!

This review is for ASICS products. I had a defective product and have working with customer service and warranty to fix it. Their website says when you fill out the form attach a copy of receipt IF AVAILABLE. Not true. It is required. Don’t ask for a supervisor- they will not call you back even if they say they will with 24 to 72 hours. It was 96 hours and I had to call them and then wait for 20 min to talk to a supervisor who had no authority to do anything. I have been wearing ASICS exclusively for years but am done. No customer service and won’t stand by their products.

Their Google listing says they're open until 8:00. Got there at 7:00ish and the lights were off. Every other store in the outlet mall was still open. Really appreciate wasting an hour to drive out there and back though.

My first time going to an ASICS store, I was definitely surprised, an employee named Colin was there to greet me and help me with getting a great pair of shoes, and after purchasing my first pair I went back again and bought 2 more and Colin was very helpful during the whole process both 1st and 2nd time, I definitely recommend coming here over other shoe stores.

We went to buy my husband shoes for his birthday. He wanted a very specific style...as soon as we cane in a ypung man came out yelling that he was closed....in the middle of the day...thanks for ruining our day and my husbands birthday..I will be contacting corporate office about your inability to run a retail outlet
