I had an appointment at another location however, I was called to reschedule and was able to switch to a sister location. I opted to go to the Northlake office. This experience was so much better then my previous. Marni was the hygienist that preformed my deep cleaning and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind and listened to my concerns. She made sure to let me know what was going on and made me comfortable during the entire process. When I find someone I like I am a repeat customer with that said I already scheduled my next appointment.

The worse service. Not completing my prescription on 2 occasions. Phone system down. Don't like nothing about them

The entire staff was really friendly and very attentive. Really made me feel like they cared about my issue. They got me in quickly for an emergency procedure. Everyone made sure I understood the entire process start to finish before starting anything. I walked out feeling confident about my service. I will definitely be a returning customer!

My experience at Aspen dental was great. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel welcome. My wait time was very minimal. Dr. Alagic prefers to be called Dr. A. Is a down-to-earth professional who wants to make sure his patients get the one thing we all want a great smile. Dr. Assari was wonderful she took care of me, I would recommend her in a heartbeat she made my experience a positive one. Dr. Crawford was so kind and professional that he put me at ease the first day. Great experience.

I am on the fence about giving Aspen between 3 and 4 stars. I visited this practice because I selected the wrong dental plan with my employer. That didn't help my frame of mind knowing I could not visit my regular dentist, whom I like very much. My first visit was a required assessment of my teeth. Then, the cleaning was scheduled. I had to pay $130 out of pocket for this and that (I was able to get it down to $160). I was not too fond of that as cleanings are supposed to be covered in full. After rereading the benefit, it stated something about extra costs. I paid for some special toothpaste and mouth rinse. The cleaning went well. My technician was very kind and gentle. I didn't get the shot for numbing because I needed to facilitate a meeting shortly after my visit. I left with no pain, although there was some bleeding in the back of my mouth during the night. Otherwise, all was well. When I inquired at the front desk about a charge that was supposed to be covered under the insurance benefit, the lady could not help me to my satisfaction (she didn't research the charge or refer me to anyone else). I will handle it independently and get my reimbursement from them by going through the insurance company. My recommendation is to beware.

Before you set appointment at this location, please consider all other dental offices. The customer service at this location sucks. It has truly been disappointing and aggravating. They dish out the "I don't care" attitude once they get your money at this location. I sent a letter addressing some issues I had with the service I received. Its been 2 months and still no response to my letter. They don't return calls in a timely manner. Now before I paid when I would call, they answered the telephone, but since they received my money and insurance information, they don't answer and I have to leave messages and I don't know how many days it'll be before they call back. I needed a prescription, it took nearly a week for me to get it because "they forgot" to call it in.

Don't be stupid and leave without sitting down with someone and going over the treatment plan and prices.

From checking in for my first appointment, I was treated very well. The staff was polite, answered my questions thoroughly, and was empathic regarding my mouth pain. Dr. H. Was awesome. I had scheduled an appointment for an emergency situation and he went the extra mile to thoroughly explore the best outcome for me. It was by far the best dental visit I have ever had.

My name is Salomie Davie, I came to Aspen about a year and a half ago. I got a set of dentures,I paid $900 for them.I had to go back 4 times to get work done on them. I am writing because it's 2 years later the dentures are so thin that you can see your hand through them. That just the top,I can't keep the bottom in my mouth they hurt so bad. The customer service is great, but for some reason the lady who makes the dentures kept making mine hurt. It's one dentist fixed the top she came back in and took them out of my mouth and filed them down again so they would be thin and rough. The manger sent me a $50.00 gift card, I think her so much for that but I got to go somewhere else and spend another $900 so that I can eat properly. I don't think that lady like me for some reason. I had my last dentures for almost 10 years and I went back and looked at them and the lining are better than what I am wearing now. I would not treat anyone like that and they are paying their hard earned money. Like I said customer service is great but for me the lady who makes the dentures gave me a mess

Awesome experience. I wish I could remember my oral surgeon’s name but she is absolutely amazing. She definitely made getting fillings and a molar removal a smooth process. She talked me through it and was patient which made me relaxed and super comfortable in the situation.

I had a tooth extracted at the Shelby office and was prescribed an antibiotic. A few days in I started having a reaction. I discovered I was prescribed the generic of an antibiotic that I’m allergic to and it is listed in my chart that I am allergic to this. I also mentioned this verbally at the time of treatment. I am currently itching like crazy with this rash all over my body and can not even reach anyone to speak to about it. They only have voicemail and they do not return calls. You have to beg for them to call you. I left a message this am that I need someone to call me back asap about an allergic reaction. No returned call.I also do not like how Aspen automatically tries to tie you in to an expensive “treatment plan”. I basically went there for a broken tooth that I knew needed to be extracted. My insurance requires a referral to an oral surgeon so that’s what I thought I was going there for, basically. It turns out they do extractions (horrible experience with only local anesthetic, and no nitrous or iv sedation). Before they did the procedure, they took me to a room to try to lock me in to a $4500 treatment plan and asked if I’d like to pay up front or use a 3rd party for billing. I was blown away. When I showed my shock, they added, or you can pay as you go. I said I will pay as I go! The cost for the treatment that one visit was only $125. To try to lock someone in to financing a $4,500 treatment plan is just unbelievable.

Customer service/scheduling will apparently tell you anything to get you in there to try to knock you over the head with charges. I was told my insurance was accepted until they called to confirm my appointment, they asked for my insurance information. I was told "yea they just tell you whatever they want" so NO I will not confirm my appointment, and I cancelled my father's appointment in VA. I don't want to help support their BS business, in any state!!!

Had a great experience here, and everyone made me feel comfortable. Getting an appointment was fast and efficient, and I had felt like everyone actually cares so it’s been a great experience from start to finish.Financing was easy in and easy out situation. Going to be coming here for a long time

I went to the Northlake location. My experience was amazing! The beginning was a little slow, but understandable. There were other patients in front of me. My Dentist was AMAZING and so was the Assistant. They talked and walked me through every part of the process. I didn’t feel a thing!! This is definitely my GO TO!! ?????

Don't come to this location. One of the young dentist there tried to robbery my wife money. I took my wife there for The first time. They did her X-ray and the dentist stated she needed seven teeth remove within a week, and need implant teeth also. I had a second opinion from my friend that we should go to her dentist to try out. We went to another dental office. We told the dentist what we went to at aspen dental. They did her X-ray once again, and it turned out only one teeth need to remove instead of 7 as aspen dental said to us. I can't believe people just wanted to take our money willing to do anything. We are asian, and they think we FOB so they tried to get our money so easy. So don't come to aspen dental for bad. They will remove your good teeth for money.
