I didn't wait any time upon walking through the door. I was serviced immediately, the young man was friendly, knowledgeable, he took care of everything I needed, even sold me a few accessories. So overall it was an excellent experience.

The team was more than helpful with figuring out a resolution ! I was told by a customer service rep over the phone that I could pick up my internet equipment in store , although that was not true they quickly reset expectations and walked me through my internet options. There was an account issue so we couldn’t finish the transaction but I genuinely felt they had done everything they could to assist me.

Jayden was fantastic. I came in with an old phone of mine that was cracked and barely functional. She worked extremely hard to get my info transferred to the new phone I purchased and applied my screen protector for me as well! Highly recommend this store and ask for Jayden! Shes a rockstar!

I needed some accessories for my phone. The sales person took me over and showed me my choices. After I purchased them, she placed them on my phone. She went above and beyond. I really appreciate the Customer Service I received.

Sasha was a great associate to work with. She was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The store was clean and smelled amazing. My issue was resolved and she informed me of the warranty I had on equipment and changed it out for me with a great attitude.
