I have used this store a lot. Nick is always helpful and professional. I went in today to have a screen protector put on and pay my bill. The representative working, Daniel refused to help me on either matter. First I had to wait for him to get off a personal call on his cell phone. Nick was always great was willing to help and resolve any problem. I would not recommend going to this store if Daniel is working.

Absolutely terrible experience. I walked in and waited 40 minutes to be spoken to because the only man working was too busy flirting with another customer. Then once he finally helped me he was rolling his eyes the entire time looking over at the previous woman he was helping. After I made my order which he was very difficult to deal with throughout the process of getting my payment, address, etc, he handed me a paper with no explanation of next steps and walked away. I then came back because I had an issue a few days later when my new device arrived and the members working had no idea how to process a return (because the previous man had ordered the wrong item) and then told me from the $100 in taxes I paid the other day, I would only review $50 back because of a "service fee" for going in store. If I knew that was the case I wouldn't have gone in the first place. I then called and ordered a new device over the phone which was cancelled the next day due to "possible fraud" bc of my previous return in store and was told I now have to go back in store if I want to get the upgrade I am due for and be out an additional $50 for another in store service me. Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this store at all costs. I should report them as well for their terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

Derick & Daniel on South Blvd. in Charlotte, NC have been AWESOME from day one. I switched from Verizon to AT&T on Christmas Eve. I started researching my options a week before and Derick was a game changer. He was helpful, kind, professional and resourceful. I didn’t feel any pressure and with the help of his manager Daniel, I was offered a great plan. They have been there every step of the way. They are the best duo at AT&T! Did not like the guy working there when I walked in 4 PM last week. Absolutely horrible customer service. He would rather put on his earbuds and ignore customers rather than answering questions and concerns. He does not seem to care whether or not I purchase a plan. I did end up getting a prepaid plan because I did not have the time to go to another store, no offense, but I absolutely hate dealing with this kind of people and he deserves negative star if I could give it. Have a good day !

Would not let me trade in my iphone during iphone promotional trade in. Went to midtown at&t and had no issue. Saved a lot of money thanks to midtown location.

Thank you guys so much for all the help setting up my new iPhone and watch. Switching to AT&T has been such a great transition just wish I would have done it sooner!

They provided great service! Nick the Manager was very helpful and answered all of my questions about my AT&T service which in fairness were very extensive. I highly recommend this particular location!

I went in to get an Apple Watch situation done, Since I went to the store I've spent my off days (that I don't have many of) trying to get my watch fixed. Apple +2 hrs, phone calls 6+hours and recently I spent 4 hours hours at the store. The staff is nice and helpful as much as they could be, but they have made my life and time so stressful since the situation happened. They did not make sure everything was 100%. I will make it a point to tell people to never return to this store. This could of been a fix if they made sure everything was ok before me leaving the store and double checking on their end. Every single person I've spoke with through this month process has said they have never had an issue with an Apple Watch like mine. It all started at this store, so as nice as they were.. please don't go. I never do reviews, but I want people to be aware that this isn't the store to pick!

Did not have a good experience at this store.Walked in and tried to return a new device that had just purchased less than a week ago and Jesus was by himself at the store and just look at me and said I couldn’t do it here and that I would have to drive wherever I bought the phone. I told him I was leaving town today and he said he didn’t care it was not his problem.The website says I am eligible to return to any store.

Jesus and Nick did an awesome job setting me up today. Jesus was a very patient rep getting me everything I needed to get started with the newest iPhone. He made the process very smooth and I left a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend their services at this location.

Absolutely useless. How is that every AT&T store I walk into immediately catches an attitude? At first I thought it was me, so I started smiling and greeting everyone but it's like y'all are STILL angry about being able to breathe.Calling customer care tells me to go into store to assist. Going into store tells me to call or go online to do what I need to do. Why is this multi billion dollar company unable to get on the same page as store and call center?I've been running back and forth between stores and calling for 4 days now. Unacceptable.

Manager has a masculinity complex I’m a bounty hunter and i was in the store with my wife and I was just standing off to the side for like a good 10mins and he saw me come in and just randomly he asked me to take my knife and put it in the car .. normally that’s not a issue but the fact that there was no sign posted and he LOOKED ME DEAD IN MY FACE AS I WALKED IN & WAITED 10mins to address me is INSANE .. Maybe he was just scared but he was a little on the heavy side so I don’t see why he was so shook . I feel like he wanted to be in control lol ..

I'm a relatively new customer to AT&T phone. My first encounter with Nick,the store manager was impressive. He was patient as professional. His staff are also.Recently one employee, Michael went above & beyond assisting a relative of mine; missing his own break & lunch time.I'm glad to have noticed that particular AT&T store location & stopped in.
