Had to move a work vehicle closer to Charlotte and found this place through a recommendation of a friend. Good rates, easy access to 74 and the city, 24hr secure access, very clean facility, and a great staff! Highly recommend for storage or parking needs close the city.

After moving my important keepsakes and furniture to Public Storage because it was "climate controlled," I learned they keep the place at 80 degrees. Mold grows at 50 degrees, so 80 is hardly climate controlled. I found Atlantic Self Storage that has REAL climate control and moved everything over there. The people were fabulous to work with, especially Mac, who is one of the managers. He also arranged to move the furniture and was patient and made sure the things I needed to access most were in the front. This is a truly unique place to store your precious things, documents, and anything susceptible to mold. Can't recommend highly enough.

It was VERY easy and quick to get a storage unit with Atlantic Self Storage. They didn't try to upsell me, but gave me a perfectly sized unit for some lights I was storing. I've been back multiple times to bring in new items and it's always SO easy to get in and out of my unit. It's very clean. The first time I went back, I mixed up how to get up the elevator and couldn't figure it out... they were there within minutes to show me and let me up. I didn't expect anything at all from a storage place (because I've never used one before) and I've been very pleasantly surprised by the staff and cleanliness of Atlantic Self Storage!

What a great facility to have close to PM. Donna runs a great place with a courtesy you may not experience elsewhere. Max and Corran (sp?) - clearly enjoy their jobs and went above and beyond with service and info upon check in! Highly recommended - exceptional customer service - so rare in today’s workforce. Atlantic Self Storage is a fantastic facility. Clean, well maintained and safe. Climate control is a major plus and location is perfect on Monroe Road. Easy to access. The staff is probably the best asset, however, as they're attentive to your every need and quick to get you answers when you need them the most. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service from a great staff and a well kept facility make Atlantic Storage the very best in town. Donna, Mike and Mac are there to help with whatever needs you may have. They really went out of there way to make my experience easy. Couldn't get there before they closed and they were kind enough too extend the hours for me to get into the buliding and access my storage unit. Atlantic Storage is the very best storage company I have ever delt with. Thanks so much you guys rock!

Atlantic Storage is the best. If you're looking for a storage place that will preserve your goods long term or short, I would recommend them. I moved all my furniture and things from another state October 2019, to this storage. Wasn't able to move out until February 2022, everything was just as it was when I moved in. I've heard horror stories about storage that long, no horror with Atlantic Storage. Thank you, I'm so impressed. Customer service is excellent. Thank you again.
