You have to make an appt just to ask a question and can't get in for weeks. Then if you are 5 min late,even if you call to tell them you are stuck behind an accident they wait until you arrive to tell you to reschedule. Yet they make you wait 20 min after your scheduled virtual visit. Not managed well.

For the past several years, I've been going to Tryon Medical Uptown for my annual physicals. Main reason is because it was a convenient location, since I worked in Uptown. Two years ago, I started a new job, and I no longer have to travel to Uptown. So, I chose a new PCP, who is located here. My first annual physical went very well. Staff was very courteous and friendly. I think I'm gonna like it here.

As always, my experience at this Drs office was exceptional, from my arrival & check in with the front desk staff, to nurse Ashley and Dr Lawrence. No matter how busy they are, I feel my issues are listened to & dealt with without being rushed. I’m truly grateful to have this office as my Primary Care.

If you are a woman, they will blame your symptoms on anxiety and do nothing for you. If you are overweight, they will see nothing but your weight and ignore other issues. Your better off with webMD.

Excellent attention. They set me up with an online translator who helped me a lot. The Doctor understood my entire case and her attention was very good.
