Vicky D was Hands-down, the reason why I won’t leave AT&T. I’ve been debating whether or not I will go to another carrier and She now has me and my family, so as a customer for life. She was thorough and patient while working with me and my mother and was sure that all of my questions were answered. Thank you AT&T for having such an amazing staff member. She is an asset to your team. Please don’t ever forget that. Vicky creates the loyalty that is needed for this company to continue to thrive. in a world full of cost effective mobile carriers.

I went to the AT&T store on S. Tryon st. Vicky and Juan we fantastic. Their customer service was superb as well. Not only was I in and out, but I came out with a brand new Samsung Galaxy ultra 23. I’ve always been an iPhone user. The fact that they knew all their products was a plus as well. I am definitely recommending this store… If I could give more stars I would.

My daughter had an emergency with her phone. Cameron and the young lady working that day was incredibly patient as they not only helped her but the rest of the family with new phones, accessories and even with fiber internet and cable. They are very professional and friendly but highly proficient. Made an excellent visit in a great atmosphere. Will highly recommend and this our our go to store from here on out!

I visited the AT&T store on S. Tryon to get a new SIM card for my old S10 and/or consider a long overdue upgrade. Vicky was super friendly from the minute I walked into the store. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful as I asked questions and debated each option. In the end I settled on the Z Flip 5, which only a few days in, I love. I can't say enough good things about my customer service experience and Vicky's willingness to support my decision and transition to my new phone. Vicky, thank you so much!

I was here today and had the best experience with Victoria and was impressed with how she handled 10 customers in a timely matter being the only one at work and still kept a positive attitudeI will definitely come to this store for her customer set

Victoria Dunlap was awesome. On a Saturday at noon, she was the only consultant in the store. Single handedly she was managing 4 customers in parallel and doing an awesome job. All this was being executed with a smile on a face and a tremendously positive attitude all the time.Now on the constructive feedback section, what was the manager thinking of having just 1 consultant manage the store on a Saturday morning. That was terrible planning and if someone called in sick, where was the manager/replacement to fill in.Overall - Victoria Dunlap gets 5 stars. The Store Manager gets 1 star and a performance failure for not showing up and helping customers and his/her employees on the busiest day of the week.

Thomas & Cam Is Amazing rep. They really helped me out. I got the service while in Walmart shopping and the guy who actually did it really messed up my bill/plan and I didn’t understand. Cam actually took me through everything and fixed what was needed to be fixed amazing and my bill was fixed. They are amazing and have great customer service!!! Thank you

Cameron was awesome awesome. So very informative and we didn’t have to be there all day and he even helped us switch everything over to the new phone. Ask for Cameron when u go into this store.
