Just visited this store today in a bit of a panic and Shamika greeted us right away and she knew what was causing the issues and guided us through fixing our phones to work with the network. So very grateful for her kind and calm manner!!

Even though the associate Char was nice. She could not solve my problems. We were told to call back customer service. I spent last time in Blakeney location and I was told my problem is resolved. I am not getting my national discount account. Blakeney location uploaded my badge still no changes. It is frustrating to get run around and problems not resolved.

Shanelle was the only employee in for this Sunday and she was phenomenal. She multi tasked and managed all customers while still attending to me almost 100% percent. She was knowledgeable, and personable. Exemplifying the best customer service skills. She didn’t show any signs of exasperation or any overwhelming feelings in her body language or in the ways that she carried herself and spoke. To me that shows that she was more than capable of doing her job and anyone else's. I also loved the fact that she was able to coordinate with her manager on her day off, her manager answered for her on the first ring and offered insight. I could tell their relationship was amazing especially with the cute emojis next to her managers name. This to me lets me know that the staff has immaculate interpersonal skills, and are family friendly oriented within the small staff capacity. This is a reliable store, with great staff and I will always return here when I have the need. Thank you Shanelle for the great experience. I hope this role is fulfilling for you in this time and I wish you a prosperous and bright future.

Arman went above and beyond… My old ‘dinosaur’ of a phone took hours to transfer info. I went next door to have nails done and Arman ran back and forth(several times) getting info, Face ID etc ,to get my new phone set up correctly! I can’t say how appreciative I was for the extra help he gave me!

Shamika Ferdinand at AT&T Providence Rd
Suite 200 was beyond spectacular! I cannot sing her praises high enough! I've never in my life (and I am 71) seen anyone go BEYOND the call of duty as Shamika did. AT&T should be thrilled to have Shamika representing them. I doubt there is a better representative any, any anywhere.

Arman was very kind and helpful. He should be a manager as he is highly knowledgable and puts the customers needs first.
