Not sure what the guys name was that “attempted” help by telling us he didn’t know and we should just call customer service. Thank you for doing nothing and not looking up from your own cell phone long enough to actually give us an answer. I will figure it out myself.

I went to buy my niece a phone. They were out of the model she wanted. A little salesmanship at first but nothing aggressive, which is how it should be.

Knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Helped resolve our issue, went above and beyond in future product delivery, and advised to take advantage of soon to be expire warranty services.

Store had one employee at time of visit just after opening during weekday morning. With prior customer waited half hour before being served. Employee was pleasant and answered my questions satisfactorily concerning fiber upgrade and account(s) management. Provided contact #s for further information/questions.

This store doesn't help you at all. They're too busy watching sports in the store. I've tried several times with them even telling me "We can't help you, go to the one by Northlake Mall". (Which is the BEST store in the area)

Well I'll get there around 6:30pm on 5/09/23. I saw someone at the back table sleeping. I wasn't sure if he actually worked there because he had street clothes on.. so after 10 minutes I called the store that I was in..I think that startled him.. he woke up, had a good yarn and stretch and asked me what I needed. I was confused. I was like..you work here?.. wooooooow. So after he gathered himself, I told him my issue. He was not able to resolve my issue nor was he able to point me to a department that could help me. I told him to get some rest and left the store. I see this as a failure in staffing and customer care. I don't I could be any more disappointed.

I visited the store for several reasons. I learned....Always, check prices at AT&T online before making purchases in the store. I was quoted a different price in the store and online it was way less expensive.

Immaculate work in this store. Got a new phone quick and easy from Jarrett and Amori, and some super useful accessories along with my purchase.

My daughter cracked her IPhone 11. Store clerk said that they will be obsolete. So we decided to get two new phones 13 .and keep my old iPhone 11for my son. Now I have a healthcare discount as well.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been with the company for years I’ve walked in the store for help with my account and everyone gives me the run around and no one have any answers !! I would of went to went to a different carrier if I would of known it would of been this difficult!! Be ware of this horrible customer service as they continue yo bill you with no resolution.
