Update!!
Went out of town for a funeral and now the car wont crank. Stuck out of town with a car we only had a month. Salesman was nice but not the car I was sold. Now at risk of losing jobs because I can’t get back home because the car won’t crank. Let’s see how it’s going to be making payments on a car that’s not running. Called the dealership and they told my husband it is sold as is! It’s embarrassing having a car with dealership tags you just bought sitting on the side of the road. Never buying a used car again. Wasted hard earned money!!

A disaster as to the car guarantee, pay the 1300 guarantee, and when the VAT to use was that they made the payment and put me 5 days on hold and even nothing.

I know most of the time they have you leave a review right after you get your car and you’re excited about having a new car! But here’s a review after you’ve Build a relationship with them, If you have any life changes, or unforeseen circumstances that may have you out of work… BEWARE because they will put your car up for repo. They do not work with you! this is not the place to buy a car if you don’t have a perfect life! (Meaning it’s set up for you to fail!)Cause God forbid you gotta have surgery or anything happens to you that will have you out of work or anything out of your control, You will be without a car!! Most banks will work with you because they rather you make your payments and pay off the car. However, this dealership is set up for you to fail because there’s no way out of The term of your contract that some type of life emergency don’t happen! Better have it paid in 10 days cause that’s all they giving you. con artists!!!
Please don’t come under my review with your computer generated response talking about account constantly being delinquent first of all nobody account can get delinquent because all y’all allow people is 10 days. Secondly, it was explained to your finance department of a complete job switch which means a completely different pay schedule, but instead of y’all working with someone on their current pay schedule, you continue to threaten them with repo! Like I stated before con artists !

Do NOT purchase a car from this company!!! The worst customer service from the Manager! They will qualify you for a large down payment and once you miss a payment they will repo your vehicle and make you pay off the full amount to get it back. Read your contract clearly before purchasing with this company. Not to mention the cars are not in good shape. They will not notify you or anyone on that reference list. Your car will be picked up & they will not work you. They will negotiate for a down payment but nothing else . They will take your down payment & take your car! Do NOT purchase from this company.

I wouldn’t trust the reviews. Very disappointing to see so many good reviews and you go in to the sales team acting uninterested in even trying to assist.

Pros: Getting in a vehicle was an easy.
Cons: Not even 4 days of having it the engine light comes on and the day I scheduled to go back and have them look at it the light went off and the mechanic lied and said it couldn’t read the codes since the light went off.
Regardless they wasn’t fixing it because it’s “sold as is” which would be understandable if it wasn’t 4 DAYS AFTER HAVING IT!
$3500 down now having to put more money into it before even making my first payment.
Literal nightmare when I’m supposed to be enjoying my new ride.
