A young gal works in this store and she was so helpful to me today. I saw her handle a separate situation with someone with class and grace. She was tested by the situation but was so professional about it. I wish I had caught her name. She has real short dark hair and is African American. I only mention the description to zero in on who she is. Thank you for helping me out!

I went to have my battery checked. After a short wait, my battery was checked and the rep confirmed I needed a new battery. Prices were reasonable and I selected one of the batteries with a 3-year warranty. Overall, I was there for about 30 minutes. Good service and I will return.

Was having an issue with my battery. Kept running down even after charging. Took it in to get tested and ended up getting a new battery, free it was under warranty and that problem is solved.

Quick battery test, customer service was poor and offered zero help or solutions. Said my alternator was bad but got it checked out and just needed a battery replaced. Autozone almost cost me 600-700 in repairs so please always get a second opinion. Especially if the the clerk is in a bad mood and doesn’t want to talk to anyone.

Visited the store between 5-6pm on 11/28z A young heavy set, short Hispanic manignored me while I was in line and stood in the back talking to someone. He saw me come in as well as a middle aged blonde lady who walked right past me without acknowledgement. Where did these people learn their social skills? I mean seriously common courtesy isn’t so common anymore. Anyway, I had to confront them and ask them if they were open. When he finally invited me to the counter he indicated that my receipt wouldn’t scan (I was returning some items, this was attempt number two at a different store). He had a very disrespectfulattitude. He accused me of using the product I was attempting to return in a very disrespectful tone. I wouldn’t talk to anyone like he spoke to me. He refused to accept my returns claiming that I used half of both products - that could not be further from the truth, they were both 99% full. A third item he looked at, then said sarcastically “this one I’ll return” and then followed wit, “even though you used it” in a judgemental and disrespectful tone. After I expressed my appreciation for his remark with words of my own that may have been inappropriate, he told me he changed his mind, said he is not going to return it then turned his back on me and walked away abruptly.
