5+ stars bc everyone here is always so helpful and kind. Mario went above and beyond with helping me with a headlight replacement when another store couldn't help. Auto Zone is lucky to have such a great team here!

This is unbelievable that the store is not open on the operating hours. On the door and online, it says that the store should be open from 7:30 on Saturdays. I was there at 7:30 am till 7:50 am and there was not a single employee in the store, the lights were off and the doors were closed. I tried calling couple times, but nobody was there. Really disappointing when you urgently need something.

Great experience!!! Mario Robinson was very courteous and helpful. I needed advice on a battery type and he gave me a great recommendation based upon my budget. I indeed will be back again. Salute to Mario fantastic customer service!!!

I came in looking for a headlight bulb and the staff was so friendly and personable. Mario even came out to my car and helped with the headlight to my jeep. 10/10 from me.

Very poorly ran. New employee looking for my part while others hung out. Would not help or train. Turns out their inventory is worng. The system shows an exact fit but not even close. Made the return the next day and was told my account would be credited. Been 48 hours and still no refund. This will make the third trip to this store. The woman that works? there acts like it is an inconvenience that I'm there and the phone is ringing. Stay away.

We have come to this AutoZone for years and always had a good experience. And just last week we showed up with my 75 yr old mother bc her car wouldn’t start, the salesman went above & beyond taking time to check my mother’s battery, diagnosing the issue & cleaning the battery and send her safely on her way.

It was important that anyone who chooses to go to this Autozone knows that your information is NOT safe. Went in to purchase a part for my car and 2 hours later I received a text message from the sales associate who rung me up reaching out identifying himself and saying he got my number from the customer database. You would think a business would train their employees on the importance of data privacy or hire individuals that understand they are not entitled to any woman's contact information. As a woman it is very nerve racking that a man (or anyone) could go into the customer database, take my phone number/address and contacted me without any repercussions. Be mindful if you choose this location, your personal information is absolutely not protected.

I need ALL women to be aware that their employees will look into the store system to get your personal information and contact you on their own accord without your permission. I need you to know that your information is not safe here!!!! This is an EXTREME violation and invasion of privacy.Please keep yourself safe and never go into this store or any Autozone store since they clearly hire creeps that think it's okay to text you without your permission and get your number from autozone's system. I currently fear for my safety because one of the sales associates texted me about 1 hour after I purchased an oil pan. Now, he has my personal number and can find any of my information that is tied to my number or email. I should not have to live my life in fear.

Stopped by to get new wipers. I had already searched online. I walked in but no one helped me. No one seemed to be working? After looking at wiper selection I stood at counter. Still no one assisted. Finally a weird dude with red eyes ask what I wanted. I told him. No joke, he showed me pics of three levels of wipers! I said I wanted the nice ones like what's on the car. He never would type in my phone number. Then, he said do you want these with the metal. I said no. I said I like those nice ones like Bosch. Rainx silicon would be fine. Either would be fine. He stood there. I said I need a 20 inch and a 24 inch. He said that he sees that is what the year, make and model of said vehicle uses. Honestly, just kept being weird. I asked him to enter my number. I wanted the Rewards. He said we weren't to that yet... Normally, getting into my account is done first. Belmont AutoZone is not, I repeat, not the worst!! Wow, I've managed to locate and isolate a worse location! Ding, ding, ding!! I was speechless. I just shook my head and left. I can get wipers!! Did the dude want me to help myself? I spent $6 at Target. BTW they have rainx wipers half the price, even the heavy-duty truck ones!!

On 8/16/2022 I visited this store (4891) for a battery replacement and there was weather overcast outside with light drizzle. As I asked an associate about installing a battery, The shift manager (Small thin African American female rudely stated "We are not installing batteries in the rain". As I apologized for my request, She stated again, We not doing no batteries in the rain". As I protested about her demeanor and tone, she attempted a light hearted apology but the damage was done and I refused to spend my money at this location.... Please address this issue ASAP!!!!!
