I shop in this area quite often I am a big fan of the quality and style of banana republic and athleta. I have frequented this store a lot and although I shop here often I can tell you the customer service in this store is quite off. There is one woman that’s is part time and works weekends and she knows me by name says hello when I walk in and even strikes up a conversation asks me if there’s anything particular I am looking for and even makes suggestions on new pieces that have arrived in store. However the management is not quite up to par. It’s not obvious who the manager is when you walk in the store vs the associates. The stir is organized clean and always looks very nice. The feel of the store however personality wise is cold. There is a lack of customer service experience in this store. I have never experienced anyone being rude just not friendly except for one or 2 associates l.

Like many other recent posts, the customer service I experienced was not good. Multiple times I asked for certain sections and was lead to other sections unrelated to what I wanted. It's like they are more concerned about boosting their current sale than actually giving the customer what they want.
Additionally, the store was clean but far too many sections where completely empty or only had a rack with three items on it. Just a bizarre experience. Personally, I would go to the factory store's nearby over this one.

Horrible customer service, lacking respect for people even for loyal customers. Obviously no customer relations management is evident in the Blakeney store culture.

Terrible experience at this location. We have been twice this weekend and the ladies that work there are zero customer friendly. We have been shopping at Banana Republic for 20+ years and this is the first time I encounter a store with such unfriendly attendants. Shop online instead.

I absolutely love this store Amy the store manager, and Kelly are amazing. Every time I walk in there is like walking into my best friends home. I feel like part of the family. The service is incredible. The only one little complaint that I have is that they don’t carry my size in the store And my policy is if I don’t see it, I will not buy it so I don’t really like shopping online, so having the sizes for the customer in-store is so much better

Excellent place for buying clothing and other fashion articles. The price value for the items is excellent. The quality and the design of the clothing is very good though the price is quite cheap. This place is the last Banana Republic store in the city of Charlotte.The place is very clean and well maintained. The parking place is large. They have a restroom but you have to ask for it. The staff is helpful.
