During the last 3 yrs I’ve had and paid for a membership with Bandfield to take care of my dogs needs. They sell you with the idea that your dog can be seen any time if an emergency while open.Just yesterday my golden cut his leg while playing at the dog park and would not stop bleeding. I rushed him over to this location and was turned away by the Vet because they were booked.This is not just poor business, but lack of respect for the animal. I was furious at them and will never go back to this location.Why become a vet if you can’t do your job and take care of an animal that is bleeding. Why do I need to be referred to another vet if I pay for your services.

Courteous and respectful. Their staff including Jackie made us feel like we were in good hands with our new puppy during his first visit. Greatful that they are so close by just in case if anything were to happen.

I've been so surprised at the low rating and bad experiences others have had. We started taking our dog here from the first day this location opened. She has been treated so well. Our dog has had health issues and we've had real trouble getting her seizures under control. Dr. Marteenson knows our dog by name and remembers her medical history as well or better as we do. Appointments are always on time and our pup has always been well cared for. The staff is friendly and professional. Thank you to all those who work to care for our sweet girl!

For some reason they set up an appointment with us for 7:45 am even though (I find out later) they don't open until 8 am. So, I'm in the parking lot with my sick cat and a few other customers with pets waiting at 7:45 am. But, the place is dark and locked. A red car pulls up beside me with, I assumed, more waiting customers. The 2 people in the red car see me. They watch me walk up to do the doors and unsuccessfully try to open them. Then, the red car pulls off. I assumed they were giving up. Nope. Red car comes back at 8:05 am, the 2 people get out, with breakfast in hand, walk up to the building and open it. Nice. They made a business decision that breakfast was more important than waiting customers. So, I made one, too. I pulled away and I'm never going back.

If I could give it a zero, I would. First off, I don't appreciate social issue posters on the windows when you walk in the front door. Can you just be a vet? Second, do not EVER do their wellness plan. It was sold to me one way, but was completely different in reality. I've spent hours trying to cancel it and they continue to call me for payments on a plan that I didn't agree to. Lastly, services are overpriced and some not done well. I've had my dog's nails done twice and both times it looked like they never touched them. But I was charged for it. We have moved to a smaller vet with much friendlier staff and reasonably priced services.

I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. They give exceptional care and also do very quick nail trims and grooming. I love that it’s in the store so you can also shop for dog food and other things while you’re there.

I want to thank the entire staff at Banfield Golf Links Dr, Charlotte, NC for all the tender loving care they showed my sweet boy KC for all the years he went to their office. Dr. Martenssen was loving, caring and always concerned about his health. I was never pushed into anything and she was supportive of every decision that Imade about his health. On his last day she was supportive and caring about his comfort and about me and I am so grateful. Thank you all.

Dr. Martensson was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I called everywhere (including my regular vet), but could not find an appointment until end of week. Thankfully, this office got my dog, Marley in next day, and I am so grateful! I have to give the biggest shoutout to Catitlyn, the manager and doctor assistant, who went above and beyond throughout my entire visit. She helped with Marley, and most of all, my two boys (2 and 3 years old). She was absolutely incredible, and I was the last appointment of the day! The receptionist, Jackie also helped comfort Marley and even printed coloring sheets for the boys. I could not have asked for a better experience. Absolutely amazing staff and service!! Thank you all so much for today!!

I cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Beckworth and her staff enough! From Hailey at the front desk all the way to the amazing vet techs have truly made being a pet parent a little less difficult! I have been bringing my 3 fur babies to her and the team for a while now and I just could never go anywhere else! I am for sure a dog mom who calls 2 times a day to check on their baby when she has to be dropped off but they are constantly understanding and make me feel confident that they are taking AMAZING care of my babies. Every time Stella, Chase or Petey come through the door the staff are smiles and know their names; and you can tell by their wagging tails that they only have positive vibes with the office which is a breath of fresh air with Vet Clinics! Lol. Recently my 5 year old fur baby has been experiencing a lot of balance issues and concerns but as soon as I pointed it out to Dr Beckworth she was on the case and helping me get answers! Her communication is always on point and I can tell that she has just as much love for my fur baby as I do! She is truly a blessing!! Dr Martenson is also GREAT!! She has stepped up and helped us in the past when Dr Beckworth was out!! Just an amazing team all together and appreciate everything they do! Once again I have to shout out Hailey at the front desk, she is always on top of it and has all the qualities of genuinely amazing customer service!!

I had been going here for a year without issue, but over the past 2 every appointment needs to be moved to a different date and the last time my dog was so shook we had to leave without doing anything (sure charged me full price though). They wanted me to drug him up to bring him back and all I went there for was a checkup.

Dr.Beckworth and her staff were awesome. I had to take my dog for his vaccinations today and they informed me from the beginning that they may need to provide anesthesia but that they would try not to. Based on my dogs behavior, I was definitely thinking he would have to add the anesthesia which is more expensive. They were able to take care of his vaccinations without having to provide it. Everyone was friendly, and they have my dogs best interest in mind when making recommendations. I don’t think the reviews saying that they upcharge are accurate because in this scenario the anesthesia would’ve been warranted from my point of view, but they were able to do so without it. I really appreciate the staff here. They’re always friendly and kind.

Glad I started taking my cat to this vet. Always takes care of him and keeps in constant contact to make sure we know the status.
