It's a good hospital but the prices are a little bit too high for one being on disability with two cats

If you go for their Wellness plan Beware of the billing trap. When singing up, they do not explain the plan. You the customers ARE held to the annual plan no matter what. I was told that even if your pet dies you still have to pay. So sorry I had to deal with this unconditional mandate even after a misdiagnosis! BEWARE.

First time at this Banfield location and it will be the last time. Came here for an appt for my puppy and had to leave even before our appointment time due to the fact that the front desk employees were absolutely rude and unfriendly. From the one that checked us in to another who condescendingly told us to pick up our small dog (even though all she was doing was sitting quietly) and was talking to another customer to “walk around her pee” which she did not do. Absolutely ridiculous. If they are like this at the front desk being rude and unfriendly, I could not imagine what happens behind the doors. I have never experienced this rudeness at other Banfield locations. Will not return to this location ever.i wish I could give 0 Stars.

My puppy left their with red eyes as if he were drunk. Hey, he slept all day and wasn't himself. Not saying every pet smart, but the 1 on Sharon Amity, He will not go back to at all I found a good Vet for him and does not charge all that money they ask for.

Charlotte Banfield is absolutely exceptional. Monica, Ren, and Dr. Daniels are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. After moving from Florida with my 100lb reactive pitbull, Barney Eugene, who means the world to me, I was quite nervous about his vet appointment. However, the Charlotte Banfield team provided impeccable care and went the extra mile to ensure his well-being, even with his challenging behavior. I have complete confidence in their expertise and service; they are truly unmatched in their field.

Unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but the woman I spoke with on the phone was super unhelpful and sounded like she didn’t care at all. Luckily the one on Sharon Rd is way better and I can go there.

Dr.Spratling is kind and caring to my pet. I’ve been coming to this one for my chihuahua mix over the summer and she has treated me and my sweet boy with such care and individuality.

Recommended my dog for a $3000-$5000 dollar surgery. I went to Care down the street for a second opinion and my dog was released 45 minutes later and they let me know the surgery was 100% NOT needed. Total bill roughly $200. Dr Winona Daniels (Banfield) was very close to pressuring me into a surgery that my dog 100% did NOT need. It upsets me that there are many owners who have to spend their last dollar on procedures they do NOT need. PLEASE for the well-being of your dog and your bank account avoid Banfield and specifically Dr Daniels at ALL COSTS. I would give 0 stars if I could. Joke of a business and joke of a “doctor”

My French Bulldog, Drew, is on a wellness plan, he had a dental cleaning & now has bloody diarrhea. I called Banfield Cotswold Hospital to report the complications & was told he would not be able to be seen for several days- this is unacceptable! I trusted the recommendations of the staff to care for me pet & any possible complications due to the procedure they preformed- I’m so disappointed from the lack of concern for Drew!

Disappointed is the best way to explain my experience with banfield. I took my cat to banfield to try and figure out what was going on with her liver, as she had high liver enzymes. The first time I brought her for the sonogram, they didn’t reconfirm the appt and I dropped her off for no reason. We rescheduled and the day I brought her in, she seemed weak and hadn’t been eating much but I still wanted to bring her in. By the time I picked her up, she could barely walk and was peeing all over herself. I was shocked that they would release my cat in that condition. I knew when I saw her, it was probably my last day with her. I slept with her on the couch that night and the next morning, I had to take her into the hospital, where she was put down. I called banfield before I took her to the hospital and the lady at the front desk couldn’t have cared less. Despite me telling them I’m pretty sure my cat is dying, they never followed up with me. I didn’t hear from them again until a week later when we got the sonogram results, confirming she had liver cancer. I let them know she’d already been put down and how shocked I was they’d have released her in that condition. The hospital I went to treated me with so much compassion, sent me a card expressing their condolences and followed up with me to make sure I was ok. I never heard from Banfield again.Fast forward- I ended up getting a new puppy and the breeder will actually void your warranty if you go to banfield because of all the bad experiences their customers have had. Will never use them again.

Always treat my puppies and kitty nicely. The dogs even get excited when we pull up. Very reasonable and nice people.

After both of our dogs contracted the respiratory virus that’s going around Charlotte we took our oldest (10 years) to Banfield on a Friday. He was severely wheezing and coughing. He would not lay down which we later found out was due to the fact that he would drown if he did. The Vet chose not to X-ray his lungs because she didn’t think he had any fluid build up. He was given an anti biotic and a cough suppressant which is the generic treatment for kennel cough. 36 hours later our best friend of 10 years was euthanized because his lungs were 100% consumed with pneumonia. We are not blaming Dr. Davis but we urge anyone taking their pets to this vet that they urge them to be as thorough as possible so this same heartbreaking devastation does not happen to anyone else.

I can’t thank them enough!!!!My cat, who I’ve had since I was a kid, had a large non-cancerous tumor on his side, and lowkey, I was afraid of surgery for him, since he’s never had to have surgery before. But, luckily, I was blessed with the best vet ever. Dr Killion safely and successfully removed my Cats tumor, and I am just so relieved. Everyone there is extremely kind, and it’s a wonderful atmosphere around there. Banfield is now gonna be a part of my life forever lol. Seriously though.

My dog and cat come here regularly and it is always a pleasant experience. They remember my pets whenever we come in and always answer all of my many many questions! My dog was having some weird medical issues that weren’t getting resolved at other veterinary offices and I decided to try this location a few years ago. When I went to this location, the vet went above and beyond for us. She listened to all of my concerns, took them seriously, and did not stop until the issue was fixed! My dog is happier and healthier because of this vet and I can not thank them enough!
