Back of America Stadium is a great place to watch football! This stadium gets a bad rap as talks of a new stadium are continually being mentioned. Let's be honest, BofA has some old bones. Some of the railings are bent. There are parts that are rusted. Some of the chairs are squeaky. It has character for its age. The best thing about BofA stadium is that there isn't a bad view in the stadium. You may be winded going up those flights of stairs, but you can still see everything just fine. A bonus is if you sit on the 550s side, you'll get a great view of the skyline. The concessions are solid. Bojangles, Krispy Kreme, & Domino's are our usual choices. The beer prices are as expected ($11-12 each). Whatever may happen to this stadium, I don't know, but for now, I'll continue to enjoy football games here & I hope to someday catch a concert here as well.

Before I review this establishment - please be aware that I have never attended any NFL games prior to this visit. I have attended many college football games which is my only comparison. We attended the Panthers VS Tampa Bay Buccaneers game due to the tickets being very cheap (record is 2-9 ? ouch!) and my kids love football so it’s the perfect time to go! I gotta say, I was not impressed. The majority of food appeared to be cafeteria style food that was extremely overpriced and overcooked. 2 plain hotdogs, 1 souvenir cup ($8.99), 2 fries, 1 fried pickle, 1 “double” cheeseburger plain & 1 “double “ cheeseburger with jalapeños & pepper jack cheese came out to $100!!! Insane!! The fries were gross, the burgers were overcooked and dry, they had no flavor and the “spicy” burger had 1 jalapeño in the very middle of the burger ? the actual game it’s self was great - Panthers should have won that ballgame ? the entertainment before, during and after the game - I was again disappointed. College games have much better entertainment, even a better atmosphere!! Maybe since they aren’t doing the best this year the fans were just not feeling it…I’m not sure. Seemed as though they were just making up “contest” for the crowd to participate in - example: giving away $1000 gift card to some jewelry store BUT to win you had to get up and dance to single ladies by Beyoncé ? while they point the camera at you to make a joke out of yourself to thousands. They also have “games” - and by games I mean scan a QR code to access said game and see who “ wins. So many people trying to play it never worked for us. All in all I am not impressed. I don’t really have a desire to go back so I think I’ll just stick to my college games. GO GAMECOCKS!!

We had an excellent first time experience here at the Bank of America stadium in Charlotte. We sat in the silver club seats (section 313), which gives you access to a comfy indoor area with nice restrooms and plenty of bar & food options. The seats were comfortable folded-chair-back seats. There are two large score board screens at each end zone, and the game info (down, yards, play clock, etc) can also be seen directly across the field on a smaller screen. The staff was very prepared and made sure things went very smoothly, such as security check and scanning your phones for tickets. If you want to be sheltered from weather and sun, choose the higher rows in this section (19-21).

Came for the Colts v Panthers game on November 5th. While the Panthers lost, I still had an amazing time at the Bank of America Stadium. The crowd energy was amazing, and I loved the lighting effects and music played throughout the game. The fireworks and the chants were phenomenal. Beautiful at night when the buildings nearby light up in team colors.Entering the stadium was not bad, we arrived about 20 minutes before kickoff. It was quick and easy to get into our seats in the upper part of the stadium.

Very clean and honestly pretty stadium with the colors! I also can never complain about watching the Colts win an away game! There are plenty of fun photo opp views & the crowd was super fun!

First time attending a game here and the experience was very good. My daughter and I came to town to watch our Dallas Cowboys play the Panthers and I gotta hand it to the Panthers organization, this was a very smooth and well organized event. I would recommend arriving when the gates open and just walk around and familiarise yourself with where things are located (it’s really pretty self explanatory and well marked). The staff members are very helpful and friendly. Plenty of security. It really was a very enjoyable experience especially since the Cowboys won

We came to see the Clfc vs. MiA game on 10/21. We arrived hours early to be on line. We were the very 1st people on the 2nd line. There was no direction from staff and they failed to check metal detectors before the opening time. So the metal detectors in my line did not work. And staff held us back yelling that the light is red. Like how are we to know what that means. All we see are all these people who arrived after us are going in. We asked could they feed us into the other lines. They yelled "NO". Could the cop start searching us "NO." We watched the metal detector turn different colors then back to red. See, we had GA tickets. 1st come 1st serve which were $200 each, that's was our reason to leave early, drive 5 hours, and be 1st on line. The staff was rude, and nobody knew anything. We took it among ourself to leave the line to get in another line so we could get in. Once we got into the stadium and asked 3 staff where to go, and you are told that they don't know. That is frustrating. Like your the person telling people where they sit and you don't know where the difference section are. BETTER STAFF TRAINING IS NEEDED!

What a fun place to enjoy watching the Carolina Panthers. There are lots of food and drink vendors spread out including serve yourself drinks at many stations. This is a cashless stadium so prepare to bring your plastic for all purchases. Getting in and out was easy with over 70,000 people at an event.

Bank of America Stadium is truly a beautiful venue, and I had the added joy of witnessing the Panthers break their losing streak there. The highlight of the experience was sitting in the box suites, which offered a fantastic view. However, I must admit that the food was a letdown. The popcorn was stale, the chicken fingers were cold and overcooked, and the chips came with a subpar salsa. It's a shame that the food didn't live up to the rest of the experience.

Went in for the panthers vs saints game! We had box seats so the bar lines and popcorn line was not the longest! Can't wait to go back.

The big TV was down in the lounge. The smaller TVs were playing advertisements.Since it was so hot outside, many people were going into the lounge to cool off, but we could not see the game. Some of the people outside of the stadium were very rude, including a lady named Laquasha Smith who said she could care less. You could really tell by her attitude.

It was my first NFL game and my 58th birthday!! Except for the loss and the cost of some items, I was very happy with my experience. Tickets were cheap because it was a preseason game. Parking cost near the stadium was astronomical, so I opted for free parking and the low-cost LYNX rail ride into downtown Charlotte. It was easy, safe, and convenient. Stadium concessions were very pricey, but I was impressed with the fact they offered alcoholic drinks other than just beer: You could get cocktails, wine, and hard seltzer too!

Went to the Duke's Mayo Classic. Had a great time. Go, Heels!!! The stadium is wonderful. It was my first time with club level seats. It's a different experience. Easy access to concession. Better food. All around, worth the extra money. I'm spoiled now

Really clean stadium I was surprised tbh, also they did a excellent job at getting people in the door, virtually no wait given the multiple gates of entry. Also make a note that not all concessions sell the same food items so you may have to do some walking to find what you’re wanting. I really enjoyed my visit, now for the panthers well they were exceedingly lackluster.

It's a little bit of a cheat as I'm reviewing a football stadium that I went to for a soccer game. Inevitably, this feels much more spacious than the smaller MLS stadiums constructed to fit inside city blocks, and while it was impressively well-attended for an American soccer game, the upper deck was still mostly unused. Then again, there may be more soccer games than football games played here given the sports' respective schedules. It was generally possible to find water and bathrooms, there was a line at peak times, but it wasn't terribly bad for the men at least. Entering the stadium required some sort of detector outside that didn't ask you to remove anything from your pockets and which allowed one to mill around the exterior of the stadium for a bit before using a virtual ticket to enter. They still don't allow you to leave and re-enter, even in the protected ring of land immediately around the stadium. And they have a clear bag policy. I am not a fan of security theater, but it's everywhere. What I like about the stadium is the way it's a central feature of the city, as opposed to stadiums which were built out in the suburbs (Atlanta and DC for example). This also makes it eminently walkable. You can pay for parking, but realistically your car is going to be moving at the speed of the average pedestrian if you try to drive in a stadium crowd anyway, so parking for free a half hour away seems like a good decision. Charlotte's limited train system doesn't go straight to the stadium, but I guess you can get some benefit out of it if you plan right.Notable features of the gameday experience included a heavy emphasis on "Carolina", with the flags of both North and South Carolina on display (Charlotte is close to the border). A pregame display included a bizarre and expensive-looking video presentation with fantasy knights fighting off monsters using some sort of North Carolina Blue magic energy. The singer of the national anthem sang one line and stopped to hand it over to the crowd, which remarkably the crowd did a pretty good job at. The only sour note was a spectator who was apparently too good to let people by during halftime, but he sounded British so I won't blame the locals. It was an active place, and from my perspective, I was surprised how passionate the locals were for a relatively new team. Tickets were on the expensive side, but I found a passable deal.
