I had a 30 year account and a mortgage that I paid off in 7 years with BoA. Never missed a payment. The pandemic hit and I was 1 day late on a 150 dollar balance and they charged me 35 bucks. Don’t ever think that BoA cares about anything but money and how they can milk you. I canceled my credit card. I went over to a credit union and WOW! They treat you good!

I went into this Bank of America today with a personal check that needed to be cashed and the teller who was very rude said that it needed to verified she hands it to her manager and he then takes to another guy who was in the room with another customer to verify it and then I had to get back in line to get my check and she says we could not verify it . I go to another branch and they was able to cash and it went through. They are very prejudice and rude. DO BETTER BOA!!

Worst location out of all the BoA locations which is hard to achieve. They’ll never answer the phone, so don’t bother trying. No notary on staff, won’t exchange or deposit Euros. Line is always out the door regardless of time or day. Save time and drive to another location.

I had to wait for more than an hour without an appointment to handle the international remittance business. Even if there were no customers, they would not come out to meet you even if they could chat in the lounge. I also had to wait. But another woman, who seemed to be in charge, came and said she could send money and turned her back. I didn't dare let this girl continue. Who knows where she would send my money? So I hope that the lady in charge can help me to complete the remittance, because I need to complete the remittance on the same day, they have already put off a job that only takes ten minutes into two hours, and asked me to go the next day! But this lady in charge refused to help me! She has her reasons, she opened the computer said to have a meeting, but she and I talk to emphasize a variety of reasons of time estimated to have been able to complete the remittance business! However, she still sat there brazenly. Whether the team was good or not depended on the supervisor, who showed an indifferent attitude. Could you please tell me how the bank can serve the people? You do not provide services to the people, what qualifications for salary! I advise you not to go to this bank, in addition to delay your time will also mistake your money! I'm writing this through a translation app just to remind you that I've wasted a whole afternoon doing nothing!

Totally lazy staff. I got here for a wire transfer at 3 pm. I saw only one customer on the couch and the guy tells me we are fully booked for the day so I can’t promise you. BOFA needs to fire some of these guys.

Horrible service. They move at an absolute snails pace. 20 people on line 1 teller and 4 people in the back just watching the chaos. I’d give zero stars if possible

They do not let you deposit money in someone else account with cash AT BANK TELLER even if you wanted to gift them!!! In addition to having the person account number. Worst place ever!!!

Worst BOA location. Only one window open (due to training, understandable) but there were 7 people in front of me when I came in. 2 just walked out frustrated and the manager was able to assist a lady who had been waiting 45 mins to deposit a check into her daughter's account. Took 20 mins to assist 1 customer, while 1 employee is on lunch and another is assisting with other bank transactions. Maybe suspend individual training when the line is so long? Maybe hire part time staff to cover employee lunches? Maybe offer cross training to your managers so they can give cash back? So many ways this experience could be better. Due to your lack of staffing, coming inside is the only way I could get assistance today, the atm cannot work for everyone. Will be closing all BOA accounts within the month.Wrote this review while being helped at the window. Face palm.Life is too short to bank with BOA.

Camille is supposed to be the assistant branch manager and said that the bank didn't have time to help me out that they weren't going to stop doing what they are doing to help me with what I have going on.I can tell this branch is more geared to helping Spanish people than all people.

Bank of America on freedom drive is horrible. Customer service receives -5 stars. I waited in the lobby patiently while 3 workers walk past continuously without speaking at all. It's understandable that ya'll are short staffed but for the workers in their currently ya'll still have a job to do. So I got up and left without causing a scene and walked to my car and made sure I sent this before I drove off.

If you are seeing this review on 02/19/2022, tellers are going on vacation for 2 weeks and won’t be able to cash a check or pretty much do more that an ATM can do. Hope it helps so you Don’t waste your time coming all the way here.

Last time I went to open a credit card to BofA, it took 10-15 minutes. Today I was told they can't do it because they are closing in 20 minutes. It's not the first time in general they get cocky when it's closing time.
