Avoid coming to this bank on Saturdays so many people in line waiting. I shouldn't have never got off and saw the line out of the window.

Do not recommend this place. I was told to wait to open a business account. After 45min waiting i was told they have to give priority to customers with appointments. They obviously do not care about new customers trying to open a business account.

Lines always too long. 1 teller, 2 if we are lucky. Business line that is not in use, so what's the point of the signage? People in back talking when they could be helping. Please do better.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I was mad because my card had been blocked and the ATM would not let me withdraw money. Jose took the time to help me and he also talked to me about other products that I was able to take advantage of. He asked me if I had an appointment and I said no, and the fact that being the manager he took his time to help me without excuses is something I appreciate since many people who are managers always expect others to do the work for them. . Mr. Morales was very kind and very professional.

The service provided is excellent.The queuing is understandable, since lots of other branches are closed.The security is friendly and helpful, and ushering us to be seated after we stated what we want to do at the branch.Antonio, the staff who helped me, provided excellent service. Quick and fast response. He is also friendly all the time throughout the entire conversation.The place is a bit small, so if there are lots of customers you may be queuing outside.

Despite the pandemic that is going on this center is amazing, with the signs and amazing customer service. I’ve been here a few times and Brown, the bank officer has helped me countless times when the others were busy. Kellus, Shavon, Janet and Mariana always shows great customer service as well despite the bickering others that are just inpatient. It’s a very busy center and people seem to overlook that but I have yet to have a bad experience, they all deserve a raise. Truly they do from the managers, tellers, bankers and bank officer, they are amazing.

I had a very good experience at this location. The Manager was welcoming, personable, and very attentive. Water was also available, if desired. The staff was also friendly and very professional. The space was clean and I felt safe given our current social distancing environment.

They have great customer service but the line is always long no matter what time of the day you come. Have to stand in line outside then stand in line when you finally get inside. I will never open an account with them cause they’re only open til 4 most people work 9-5.

Great service, the staff were so polite and even supplied me with a burlap sack which I left in the getaway van (silly me!) They were very compliant and I felt very free to roam around. The security was bare minimum, which was great. I didn’t even have to fire once! 10/10 would rob again.

Very slow and not staffed very well even near holidays only one person working mainly while other person in a office sitting down acting busy... ashamed this place is in such a good location but not properly staffed for demand

The tellers are absolutely rude, prepare to wait up 20 minutes, there is no drive up tell. Tellers will short change you!
