This branch is very very busy and critically understaffed. But the gentleman who is security guard and Eric S. And the rest of his team are such diligent workers. After we got the run around from corporate Eric let us call them from one of the branch phones then we waited for 45 minutes on hold after making the call and getting to an CSA in less than 5 minutes on 3 previous occasions in the preceding hour. Once we were off hold, I was able to get Eric's attention from his line of about 5 people and he was over to help resolve our issue!! Thank you so much Eric

This location is always busy. But the tellers are happy and friendly.

Hours are wrong on this listing, it says they are open Saturday but they are not. Also, they close at 4pm on weekdays so good luck getting there if you work during the day.

I have had documents notarized here many time. Today I went in and was told they could not notarize my documents because I didn’t have an account. If I was able to do this before and now I’m not seems discriminatory when I go to another BOA location and they are able to notarize it. To be a public notary she need’s to understand the term ‘PUBLIC’ if I was Hispanic I’m sure I would have gotten better assistance

Every time I come to this location I’m very unsatisfied. There’s always one person in the front. The one teller. All the office staff stays in there office when it’s too busy. If there’s not anyone in the seating area they’re not willing to help anyone else in the bank. When the tellers notice it’s empty and only a few people in line they will leave & go to the bank leaving only one teller to take care of 2-3 customers. I usually come to the bank for my hour lunch break. If i come to this location , it will take the entire hour just to deposit money with a teller.

I walked in on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment to handle a matter for my small business. The associates who greeted me were very nice, although they informed me it wasn't likely I'd be seen because there was only one associate who handled business matters and he had appointments scheduled for the whole day. I decided to wait anyway just in case he was able to fit me in. And he did. Juan Pablo Vera, Business Owner Specialist - Consumer & Small Business, fit me in and handled my business accounts issues, which turned out to be surprisingly complicated. He was extremely nice and competent and fully resolved my issues so that I could get my money. I really appreciate his assistance and kindness, as well as his colleagues'. They managed to make a very annoying task much less painful. Juan is great at customer service.

Great staff and Extremely friendly but there are not enough of them. Wait time is very, very, very long which creates a poor experience for the client.

Today I received my March Bank of America Visa credit card statement I have just switched from American Express to Visa. The bank statement indicated that I had paid $300 extra above what the balance due was, but there was still a $35 interest charge well I guess when you're paid in full you have to pay interest for three months so I was $90 short in my February statement they cost me $17 interest so now I have $17 plus $35 and my guess is there's gonna be another $35 short so it's almost going to be $90 that it's going to cost me because I was short $90. I think this is so unfair to have to pay 100% interest

I was desperately trying to find a Notary in order to send something urgent out, unfortunately I didn't realize all the appointments for the day had been taken. The bank greeter in the front was super nice about it and offered to make an appointment for another day. He also just recommended another place since I had to get it done that day. Overall I can't fault BOA for not having appointments. It was my poor planning that had pushed me into a corner (with less options). This location is BUSY!... The security guard was very good about asking people to reposition their masks while waiting in line. Nice detail but important to me. Right off of South Blvd, I'm sure this branch gets tons of traffic. They do have a double teller drive thru and also dual ATM drive thru stations for convenience. As I was waiting for the guy to check on the notary availability, I noticed they were doing their best to help another customer in spanish - so it's nice they have officers/employees that provide translation for different services the bank offers.

The location is great and the tellers are super friendly. The biggest issue is how long it takes to get through the line to make a deposit. There are six windows and one teller during lunch hours. It’s similar to Walmart with all the check out lines and no one to work the register. It’s a great location, but the amount of time spent in line waiting needs to improve.

No drive through teller. Line for going inside was 10 people deep (just the ones waiting outside, don’t know how many inside). I was on my lunch hour so drove to the Fairview Rd location. Again, no drive through and no inside tellers either as they all had “called in”. I was advised to try the Cotswold location. My last experience at that branch wasn’t good either. I used to be so pleased with BOA. The customer service now is almost non-existent. They want everything done online or at an ATM. Seriously looking for another bank but they may all be the same. ☹️

Don't ever bank here or with Bank Of Amerisucks. Cause they don't treat customers properly.
