Got my Bank of America AAA Member Rewards Visa Credit Card back about 1997, MORE than 20 YEARS ago. Got a Bill from AAA Financial Services in December 2019 stating I was LATE on my Mortgage payment for December. They CHARGE me a $25 dollar LATE fee even though my statement arrived late probably because of the Holidays. O.K. I called them and they Insisted it was MY PROBLEM. Oh yeah, O.K. I reluctantly paid the interest for NOT receiving the statement. Just received another letter on or about January 22 or 23rd DROPPING the " late fee. " Now I suddenly get a $- $25.04 CREDIT. YOU ASSHOLES, I TOLD YOU I WAS CORRECT ! As I told the female on the phone, As of Dec.29,2019, I am DROPPING MY CARD AND WILL BE SENDING BACK TO Bank Of America *** CUT UP ! *** My Credit Score is OVER *** 820 . *** I also have OTHER CREDIT CARDS ! I DON'T NEED Bank Of America JEOPARDIZING my Credit Score. SEE YA, B.O.A. BYE !

Unfortunately the Bank of America has gone soooo corporate that they don't care about Customer Service anymore and have forgotten what customer service even means. Just try to call them and see how long it takes for you to speak to a HUMAN, if you end up speaking to one at all. I compare customer service responses to Comcast which is the WORST in the WORLD and unfortunately BoA is right up there alongside Comcast. I made my call the very first thing in the morning when the bank was just opening and of course the BOT on the other end said "sorry all our agents are with other clients, the wait time is 13-27 minutes". If that's how long it takes to ask a simple question or speak to a human, I for one want no part of this type of pitiful service. Why is it Corporations today resist SPEAKING with their customers, deferring them to find their own answers online somewhere hidden in cyberspace! I have moved most of my accounts away to smaller local banks who still value their customers and will be removing my remaining accts. today. GOODBYE BANK OF CORPORATE AMERICA!!

Very disappointed in their service and the ability to reach a decision maker. Been a customer for over 40 years. Made a mobile deposit from one of my other accounts into boa, found out the next day there was a 10 day hold. Never bounced a check, had balances in the mid 6 figures over the past. When I inquired as to why was told it's confidential! I will be closing out all my boa accounts, as soon as I can.
