I always buy something when I visit. Plus-size women's clothing is separated, which I like very much. Great selection of books and magazines.

I initially posted 4/5 stars but completely recant my statement. I was sold a faulty computer chair for $30. I asked the gentleman when checking out what the policy was for any defective items and he did mention they “typically” don’t refund items but he would “take care of me” if there was something wrong with it. Sure enough, the chair is broken. I tried to go there last night to see about getting the situation rectified and they were closed before 9pm (which is their closing time). I had called right after 8pm and no one answered and so I physically went down there and of course they were closed… i called this morning and spoke to a woman who does pickups American kidney foundation and she would not allow me to speak to a manager. She reiterated that there are “signs posted” in regards to checking items before being bought. That does not absolve you of selling broken goods. I don’t know who the young gentleman was that helped me that night and she was no help in identifying. Shady business practices to sell broken items and then offer no assistance to rectify the situation. I’ll be taking this higher up. These are DONATED items… Make this right.

One of my favorite thrift stores. They have great prices, a section for slightly more upscale/more expensive, but not unreasonable for most items. I've found many items in the past. But the reason I gave it 4 stars - they changed the layout of the store - removing the coat/jacket section(maybe because it was summer?) but they were more organized before the change. I hope they bring back the regular sections. Our last visit was the rare time we didn't find what we were looking for (a hoodie), maybe because of the upheaval of the placement of goods/missing coat section.

Ok I know there is a no exchange policy. My wife bought me a pair of pants for working around the house. When she got home I tried them on and they were size (little paper tag) mislabeled, I took them back and the cashier refused to exchange them for the right size. WHAT happened to customer service? WONT be going back.

What a gem to find! Now I'm not a fan of the process for used goods, but- they do have some really good finds. More clothes & scarfs. I enjoyed finding 3x & 4x pieces. Some things I returned to the track bc price wise I felt it was overpriced, regardless of the quality. I still feel if you are looking for some good coats, blazers, blouses or dresses/suits this is a good place to start all sizes.

This has been our favorite go-to thrift store for years. Excellent quality and variety of cloths, 99% of it is clean. Selection and quality of men's suits and dress cloths is off the charts wonderful. Great pricing. Some of the older furniture seems ridiculously high though.

As an avid thrift store shopper, I went with an open mind as I have been to some pretty sketchy thrift stores before that have had good items. This place was just bad. It smells terrible, which I wouldn't let bother me if the stuff was actually decent. But the items are all outdated, old, and not in good condition.

Used to be SOMEWHAT reasonable but it’s went downhill. Whoever here does the pricing needs a new job ? selling things WAY over priced at this thrift store (spend your time somewhere else)

I've stopped by here a few times. Me and my family won't be back. There are often homeless crackheads who linger around the building, so much so that I worry for the nice cashier who offered to walk me to my car since it was dark. The store will either smell of bodily odors or some chemical which gives me headaches. I've seen roaches crawling on the furniture and the checkout counter. The interior is very grimy looking, dirty floors. The furniture is all outdated, overpriced, damaged, dirty. There are no bathrooms, no fittings rooms, no returns, no exchanges. No reason for me to return. The only redeeming factor are the cashiers, who are always very friendly and make wonderful conversation.
