The worst branch i ever been, small check could not be cash, and i have 2 business account. They should close this place in 15 years they rejected to cash the check, and the check is from same bank truist

Customer service sucks, the lady teller acts as if she doesn't want to be there and Greg Waddy is very rude. I wasn't even being serviced by him and he was all in my banking business. I will never go to this location again.

I just moved to this area and I went to deposit 500 and I gave her 15 in 20s there were 300 and I gave her two of 100 there are 200 and she told me that I only gave her 400 I told them before giving them and i count it two time beforeI gave to her and she told me that I only gave her 400 and she just say bye bye so i got home and I call to explain what happened and I explained to customer service and I told him please look at the camera and he just laughed and said it sarcasm she not going to steal that Im never coming back to this branch now im going to the uptown Truist bank worse customer service in this place only

Customer service is seriously missing from this location.We have a corporate account and I have a personal account here and we have been with this bank since it was called SunTrust or whoever merged with who.One of the reasons why we have always been loyal to SunTrust and this bank now who has acquired those customers I can safely say things have gone downhill since then.This branch and particularly needs to get some very special attention from the main corporate branch.As with any company, especially a bank of the size, if you don’t let the bigger people know they cannot, at the very least pay attention to this to see if this was an isolated incident, or if there is a bunch of things in common, and they would unquestionably need to step in and fix things.I had one girl who was very questionably, borderline, rude, but another one stepped in when she could see that I was not thrilled with what was going on and did end up solving my issue.However, I’ve had multiple bad experiences here and we still are a customer of this bank. I just do not personally go to this branch anymore and plan on letting my branch manager at my main bank know about the incidences that I personally experienced along with observing other flat out, disrespect that I’ve seen the other customers.I can honestly say the truest bank would not except this behavior, especially when it’s pointed out, and they probably do their own internal investigation.As a business owner myself, I understand that if people do not point things out to me.Sometimes the people who really care about their business or the one they work for may not know about it until it’s too late or very expensive, or even worse, tarnishing your reputation owners/management/board members must know, these situations happen with staff/employees.I will not be going to this particular branch until the customer relations significantly improves.I’m available to management if they would like to talk.

Went to this branch because I opened an account online. My initial deposit was done at the counter with my ID. My account was blocked because they st ated I was unae to be verified went back to the branch to once again show my ID and the exact same person who deposited my check said he needed more than my government issued ID to unblock my account. Drove to the Mt. HOLLY branch and my account was unblocked with my ID. I don't know what it is about the folks at this branch so I won't label I will just pray for a change in character or compentance.

I just came out of this location. Wanted to make a deposit into my account and everyone seemed like they wanted to pass me to the next person and no one seemed like they wanted to help. So I left and now I'll never go to this location Ever again

Mrs.sara is the best staff they have... I love her energy,,, and her positive attitude. Always been banking with them for my job. For a yearShe should be branch manager.. the rest of the staff should be provided with the same training as Mrs.sara .. it takes more muscles to frown.. then to smile. Mrs. Sara you always smile. Michael was very helpful and helped me to release the funds that I was unable to collect from my closed account due to Truist phone support total incompetent.Shame to Truist but thanks to the branch manager

This bank is ok I expect them to really update the place since it’s pretty small compare to other branches but like the service here stinks I wait for like 20 minutes for someone to help me and my father out and I had to asked someone I have a question for them to help me. I also think that they need to make it bigger for more space for the drive through and atm because why is the atm machine is in the same line as the drive through which doesn’t make sense

I’m sitting in the drive-through line, I’ve been in the drive-through line for 15 minutes, many cars behind me wrapped around the building. Branch manager can be seen inside on the customer side of the teller window talking to one customer that is in line. Why is he not behind the teller window helping to clear out the traffic? Ridiculous

The lines are always long the atm machine is either slow or doesn’t work i have to drive to other side of town just to go to the bank its old and their is only one person ever working the drive through it needs to be upgraded asap

Perhaps the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. With any luck they’ll all be replaced with an automated system. Two thumbs down. In comparison the Uptown Charlotte branch is exemplary.
