Money Missing Missing !!Horrible experience i would say, opened a new account and deposited money ,after two days i reached out to the banker who helped me open the account and it was told the deposit i did went to other person account. Never seen a bank would have this kinda experience.. lol not going to keep this account any more.

They control your money you don’t they give you your money whenever they want to especially with my refund of 1,000 and to top it off when I first opened the account with my daughter who just graduated opened one up with me because we had just moved here and my opinion because she was just -$11 in our other bank which isn’t in North Carolina and is not in the negative anymore accused my daughter of fraud and it took weeks for her to get her $50 back that she used to open the account they couldn’t give her a reason why at all they just decided that and that’s it so you just accused my daughter of fraud but can’t explain why …. So think twice about opening an account there .

I’ve been delivering deposits for my company for almost 3 years now to this bank, and I have always had pleasant experiences (especially with the drive through employees). I waited in line for 15 minutes, got to the front and they told me to sit down while they took care of the deposits. I waited for 45 minutes in the same seat, and so naturally I asked about why it was taking so long to the employee walking around on the floor, I assume the person in charge. I wasn’t annoyed or upset, my boss had texted and asked what was taking so long so I was just asking to really get an update so I could relay it back. The teller then almost instantly called me up, and proceeded to rudely tell me that they are busy and not to complain next time and that it was my fault because I “moved”. I did not move from my seat for 45 minutes until I got up to ask what was taking so long - not to complain about why it was taking so long. Point of this review is that I am literally on the clock trying to do my job, I’m not in a hurry - I’m getting paid to sit there and wait. My issue is that teller instantly got upset that I “complained” and got her in trouble since it shouldn’t have taken that long anyways and she took her attitude out on me. I get that it’s Friday and that you guys are busy, I literally wasn’t upset until I was rudely talked down upon. Please train your employees to talk to customers better, especially when dealing with conflict resolution.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The bank tellers are so rude and nasty. They act like they have attitude because they have to help. Not a friendly or welcoming place at all. I’m so happy I closed out my account.

Open til 12. Don't get out of bed on Saturday to come here. I can't stand wasting my time but that's exactly what you'll do here. Don't start off your Saturday badly. The amount of times I have suggested an edit to their hours to 12:00 is bad, like they refuse to accept the hours transfer or something? Why would they still want people coming there if they're closed? I think they want the upset customers to join another bank which would be a lot after looking at these reviews.... I read recently Truist is ranked the worst for customer service in all of Charlotte metro area... and their headquarters is here. Sad.

This branch have the worst customer service. I have to make my daily store deposit and will drive past this location because of the poor customer service. I only use this branch when we are push for time. What brings me to do a review today is I arrive at the bank what I thought an hour before closing but they have change hours to noon on Saturdays. As I started to get out the car and proceed to the door a lady steps out the door and say we are closed. I asked about hours and she informed me that they had changed over a month ago. Ok, that’s understandable but when I look at my phone and say well it’s 11:56 I still have 4 minutes can I not do my deposit she states that they have a line wrapped around the building “ which was a lie because I drove past the drive-thru and it was 1 car in 2 of the lands and 2 cars in one land” and that they had a long line inside which could have been true even with not many cars in the parking lot. I understand wanting to get off when it’s your time and it’s a holiday weekend and who wants to be working on a Saturday but it your hours are 1pm then you don’t let anyone else in after 1pm not standing at the door turning customers away before closing hours. I work in customer and i aim to give great customers experience so they will continue to return. If I actually had an account at this bank I would close the account. Well I guess I will continue to drive 15 minutes out the way to get good customer service. I would give 0 stars if it allowed. By the way this review isn’t by just todays experience it’s many visits and today’s visit was the draw for me. I will not go back to this location.

I’ve dealt with this branch for a few years even before the merger. Was tolerable before, has become nearly useless now.Seems to always be understaffed and/or always a problem that takes 10+ minutes a customer.

The bank tellers are extremely slow. Lines out the door, I cant tell if they don't know what they are doing or just slow. I watched one lady walk as slow as a sloth to get something off another teller...lol patheticThats why Bank of America is #1

I tried not to leave a review but they left me no option, if ya'll don't wanna work just say so and I'll gladly close my account but to go to 3 locations and each one have something going on that's unbelievable. About an hour in line and still couldn't get my paycheck cashed and had to leave after I wasted all my lunch break. This is crazy. I do not recommend this bank.

Terrible customer service. Went to get a temporary card and they claim they're all out. But that's not the reason for the bad rating. The lady was so smug and corny at the teller window it was ridiculous and off putting. Considering an entirely different bank because of this horrible customer service.

The branch leader at this location 8558 University City Blvd is rude and was unwilling to help me. If I could i would give zero stars. Worse customer service ever.
