Very friendly and accomodating...I just needed to cash in $500 in singles from tips received and was maybe 5 minutes..Light banter and chatter with the teller...If she is a sign if how the company runs..Then yeah buddy...

I opened new checking and savings account. Customer service was great. It was promptly acknowledged and served. This was not my first encounter with this branch and all of the has been pleasant and professional!

Need to upgrade that 20 year old atm these is the 7th time it’s either out of service or can’t make a deposit or it just not working didn’t even read my card last night… it’s time for and upgrade ASAP

Note on the door that they're drive through or appointment only, many cars waiting, long wait, drive through opened late. Lady told me I needed to go back around the drive through and get in the first lane to get coins. I mentioned the lines of people and that i was one of the first people here this morning because i could not afford to wait, she told me to back up. In the drive through. With other cars directly behind me. I asked if I could just come to the front door to grab my coins and was told no. She acts like me being here is an inconvenience. I've been to many other Truist and BBT before they changed and have never had a worse experience...

I visited this branch to close out an account and transfer my funds to another account. I first spoke with the branch leader Broqriue for assistance then later found out when speaking to Donna that he was in fact new to the facility and had no idea what he was talking about. Jennifer is the only person that successfully did what I needed her to do within less then 24hrs.

I called this branch early am and the lady who answered the phone sounded as though she was in a can or tunnel. When I attempted to clarify if I was having issues with my phone she told me she was working the teller line and another customer so I was on speaker phone. This is where I should have known this was not the branch I needed to go to. I verified there would be someone available to sit down with me to make significant changes to my account and she acknowledged yes there was someone available to SIT DOWN with me all day long and there was someone there during the lunch hours. I go about 1:45 see 2 gentlemen behind closed doors with "training" sign on doors. All other office doors were shut and blinds closed. I sat a few minutes and when no one acknowledged me I got in the teller line. I explained what I was there for to "sit down" with someone and here him holler "when does Donna get back?" I was then told no one could help. I said no one is here after what I called and was told? He simply said "NOPE" I start to break down and he starts reading aloud instructions on how to assist me. I asked or stated I did not want to handle this at a counter for other customers to hear. I stated I would find another branch that didn't mind helping me behind closed doors and then he appears to back track saying ma'am ma'am I can do it. No thank you Nothlake or Truist. This is enough right here to make me pull everything form this banking institution and go elsewhere. I did call the main number on the website for customer assistance, guess what? they are not in the US and ager 45 minutes talking to a cold sounding lady said I'll try to see if someone can call you. WHAT???? I miss BBT staff already

Honestly not a good experience I was very disappointed, the person at the drive through window was more busy talking about her personal life then paying attention to what she was doing she took at least 5 min. To notice we were waiting at the drive though window.

Worse bank branch in Charlotte. The bank employees are unethical at best. I had a teller blurt out my personal account info in front of others in the bank. They are condescending and not willing to assist. The branch employees places holds on funds for NO apparent reason. I will be contacting the news and will follow up this post with names. This branch needs to be investigated for unethical practices.

Had a great experience. Walked in (I did make an appointment the night before) Greeted very kindly, they were busy with the drive threw but made sure I knew they didn't forget about me. Service was efficient and they were great at multitasking drive threw and walk in

I came to this bank to dispute some transactions, the two bankers where chatting about their personal life (I could heard them) after 30 minutes they came but were unable to solve the problem. Very incompetent and rude. Avoid this branch if possible

Very poorly managed and should be shut down. Long line with only 1 inside teller and the 1 banker present refused to help anyone when asked, instead sat there looking at us in the line from her office.Horrible service and I will be closing my Truist account soon.

This branch bank is not trust worthy they messed up a deposit at the drive thru and was promised that it would be corrected the same day but has not been fixed yet I will not go to this branch again and I advise anyone else not to use it either ???

The drive thru opened 5 minutes late and there was one car ahead of me. It took 20 minutes before I moved forward and to be assisted. There are two other workers who are also there but only one working the drive thru...it's like waiting for a meal to be prepared. I'm making a simple deposit and it took 5 minutes ....really considering changing banks...did I mention that the ATM is also not working?!
