I was sent incorrect merchandise. I repeatedly call and ask for a return label. They either send me nothing or QR code that is invalid when the FedEX employee scans it. I am on my seventh try. Every time Belks writes up a case number and nothing is resolved. It’s not worth ordering if returning is this difficult.

Visiting in Ft. Meyers Fl at a local Belk and has a unpleasant experience. At this time, I'm call their corporate office to speak with someone and it's just raining and ringing and the. It hung up. This store has such potential but the customer service being so poor it will be their undoing.
