Scheduled an appointment to have my phone fixed also called a hour before to confirm just for me to get here and they tell me they have no repair person today I’m pissed I don’t have a car at the moment so I had to Uber wasted 22 dollars getting here then gone tell me he can reschedule this the only day I will be without my 5 month old don’t wanna bring her out in this weather

My experience here for buying a laptop was great. Two employees had helped me, making sure to go through important information before I leave the store. They have some decent prices for some of these high class laptops, not sure about their other products though.

Bought a vinyl record from Best Buy online. It arrived defective. Tried to return it at this location and was told I couldn’t return it because the packaging was opened. Don’t know how I was supposed to discover it was defective without opening the packaging. Best Buy essentially just stole money from me.

I was greeted and offered help by multiple employees, Casey was more than willing to help me with my TV purchase and brought it out to curb and helped me load it in truck. I had a great experience ?

This Best Buy is off the chart! I hope the store near my house gets this boutique remodel. The product sections look like a little store themselves. The guy who helped us (tag said customer experience supervisor?) went above and beyond to find items we were going to have to get shipped, without wasting our time. I went in store to pick up an item that there was an issue with on my order. The young guy at the order pickup counter was very solid, and confusing, you could tell her didn't even know what he was going to do to handle the order or options for me to successfully complete. The CX guy jumped in and saved the day, not just for me but we saw him helping other people too. Fortunately, my store also has someone like that. Mike at Blakeney. But if they don't have my item, I'd certainly come back here.

Visited this store to purchase a tv and Beats headphones. Was ignored for the duration of my visit despite the store being fully staffed since it was a Saturday afternoon and multiple employees making eye contact with me. I had to literally drag the 55 inch tv I wanted to purchase to the sales person in order to get service. The sad part is that I drove out of my way to patronize this store. Never again. Don’t spend your money here. This poor service is clearly a reflection of poor management. It starts at the top.

Walked in with no idea what kind of laptop I needed but Colby was so helpful! He helped pick one based on what I needed and that was within my budget. The store was well organized and everyone was friendly and helpful!

My card was stolen and a purchase was made at the store totaling 968$ for a Shutterfly camera. Best Buy fraud dept closed my case which I've reopened due to the negligence of research. Multiple representatives stated theirs an uptick in fraud cases with Best Buy and scam emails. Glad to have seen others having similar issues so I can use this in the police report.

Great service overall . Had a Apple problem and the geek squad guys helped me out fast … well worth a visit for all apple issues you might experience .. no need to wait for a genipus at the Apple shops … they are a bit over rated

Do not buy anything from Best Buy. At one point I loved this company but they have changed. They sold me a video game and upon opening it, I discovered the disc was messed up. When I tried to return the broken product, I was informed that Best Buy does not accept any returns that are opened. In other words, after the outer plastic is removed and you are able to see the damaged game disc, it is too late to return it. I always tried to buy from a brick and mortar store thinking they had better customer service. From now on, Amazon gets all my business.

I bought a TV from Best Buy in May. I paid over $500. The TV now will only play if I keep rebooting it. Best Buy states they can’t help me! I would need to call the manufacturer. This is extremely disappointing after spending that kind of money.☹️??

The service was unexpectedly proficient! I didn't know that BestBuy took so much care in choosing their sales specialists. I was so shocked to see how much Derrick knew about the proper laptop specs for architects! I just thought BestBuy was yet another store that hired people to fill spots but I was wrong and I'm glad I was. I thought I would walk in and have to do most of the work to find my laptop but Derrick took full control and commanded our interaction with precise and vast knowledge! I felt confident in the laptop I got, I just wish I could have purchased it from him in-store but he was so happy for me when he found a laptop just right for me at a very good price! I took one star away because BestBuy took the price up by $100 just 2 days after I viewed the laptop. I couldn't buy that day and had to come back and Derrick thought it would be the semester price but BestBuy had other plans. Overall I'm glad I didn't have to end up paying over $1000 for my laptop. Derrick also set me up for future care by advising me on how to maximize the life and performance of my laptop overtime. Very, very happy with my experience!Thanks again Derrick!
